I never write reviews, but this chick fil a is amazing! And one of the few chick fil a’s that offer military discount
Gotta say this is the first review I’ve ever written and I felt the need for this one to be it. I used to work for chick fil a for a couple of years and with that being said this chick fil a is a disappointment to the whole entire company, they are the complete opposite of what chick fil a is supposed to be. The workers are always rude and snobby and you can just tell they don’t wanna be there, including the managers who encourage and allow this attitude to continue. Customer service is last in their book when it comes to this location. Almost every time I’ve came here my order was messed up in some way missing items. My food is almost always stale as if it’s been sitting there for a long time. It’s sad to see such a hot location be such a disappointment. If Truett Cathy was to see this location he would more than likely shut it down immediately.
Very good food. Not much parking, mainly drive-through pickup. Great service keeps the line moving.
Respect that they close on Sundays. Outside of that I can't for the life of me figure out why they are always busy. Nothing I have ever had there is anything but average to bland. Do your research. Also, the chicken is chock full of MSG. Not good for you at all.
Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. ordered inside, took about 15 minutes to receive the food (Never have I ever waited so long) plus it wasn’t even what I ordered !!! It was rung up correctly but they gave me the wrong thing. I didn’t want to go up to get it fixed because they were going to take even longer. As I pick it up, the buns of my sandwich are cold. I’ve never had a bad experience with them, until today.
I love the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and pepperjack cheese, and you can never go wrong with just the plain regular chicken sandwich shown above. Whenever I go to the movies, Chick-Fil-A will be my first stop.
Okay. Yah this is pretty great service now. Ya’ll are doin some great work :)I previously had a huge issue with how much sauce i was being provided in drive through but its the opposite now that i get it delivered.
Very tidy and efficient location. Well designed with lots of space for parking, drive thru, and dining. Great quality food too.
I usually don't write reviews, but felt the need to for this experience.Having Chick-fil-A is a treat for us, so like anything that's a treat, one believes it should be a great treat. Unfortunatly, this was not the case. The fries were completely cold, the sandwich wrap was as if it was pre-made & stuck in the refrigerator for weeks, and the saddest part was my favorite original sandwich. In the past the chicken was warm, juicy, tender, and thickly cut. This time the chicken was cold, hard, & thinly cut, it was as if I was eating fried grease.I gave one star for the sprite, as that's something one can't mess up.I hate to leave this review, but maybe Chick-fil-A is growing into too large of an organization & can not keep the quality. However, I'm hoping it was just the location.
We ordered ahead by mobile order, 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we checked in. I stood there for 10 minutes (5 minutes after checking in) watching the drive thru cycle through. Finally, I asked one of the workers delivering food, Mark Adams (manager?), if I was missing something about how to get our pick up order since it had been so long. With an obviously annoyed look on his face he asked the name, looked at the screen, and simply said, "It's on the screen." Then carried on about his business without a single ounce of customer service about him. 10 more minutes went by with no word about our order. At this point I switched out with my wife who was sitting in the car with our children. She finally was given the order for our family of 6 and not a single employee could be bothered to help her open the restaurant door. No apologies for the wait. Not the level of service I would ever expect from Chik-Fil-A.
