I visited twice now this place and by the worse blaze pizza experience award goes for this one. First, without much crowd as well, you will wait 20 min just to pay. They don't know to efficiently manage and put more resources. Secondly, its always dirty and something is always not available. This time around, I could not even use my blaze gift card. And finally, the high school kid will burn every single pizza. The kids are working hard there but I feel there is zero supervision to customer service or quality.
I love this place but this location has dialed it in. 20minute wait with nobody in front of me. Ran out of beer. Bathroom out of paper towels. No forks or knives. Forgot my salad. Blaze Pizza gave me a transcendent experience. I was eat my pizza, and found a whole, entire baked clove of garlic sitting on top of the cheese. I asked my friends who wanted to eat a garlic nugget, and one of them opened his mouth in response to my challenge. I took the shot. From six feet away, I landed a clove of garlic in my friends mouth. It was glorious. Thank you, Blaze Pizza.Also, the pizza and service were really great. Definitely would go again.
A disappointment to the Blaze Pizza reputation. Service was slow and inattentive. We stood in front of the cash register for about 5 mins waiting to pay while employees just chit chatted and moved about aimlessly. No one was working the register until it was absolutely necessary. When they called us for our pizzas, we told them we still need to pay and they acted surprised. A dishonest person could have easily just grabbed their pizzas and left. The pizzas themselves were burnt and very dry. We usually love Blaze Pizza, but not this location.
The workers were really nice and helpful and were working hard, however the place was filthy!!! Trash overflowing, dirty floors especially the kitchen with ingredients everywhere, bathrooms looked like an old gas station in Arkansas. My friend got a pizza but I didn't have any so I can't judge the food. She seemed to enjoy it. The employee who helped us made it exactly like she wanted. We noticed the health department gave them a passing grade, posted next to the front door
Decent food. Kind of loud. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Echoes, ambient noise, speakers just above tables. Met my parents here and they’re a bit older so it wasn’t the best experience for us. Prob best for the high school crowd/young family.
Service was slow. Pizza good. My pizza was ready by the time the rest of my party finished theirs. Room for improvement here.
All time favorite Pizza place! We always go for a Build your own Pizza with original crust lots of veggie and dollops of red sauce on top. Fresh veggies fresh ingredients.
If you like 2 cut up olives and barely any cheese than this is your place! Had to redo my sons pizza twice because it was burnt both times. Definitely won’t be back—bummer!
I will never buy a pizza from them again. Very bad customer service! My son ordered the pizza and pizza totally burnt! He called them and explained to them! They told him bring the pizza back! My son drove all the way to them and they said the pizza is okay and they couldn’t do anything about it!!!! He threw them out and bought the food from another restaurant!!!
