This place is trash. Rude customer service. Lady in the front acts like you are doing her a dis-service by ordering food…at 2 PM when literally no other customers are in line. Had to wait 5 minutes before I was even approached. Asked what flavor shakes they had and was told to look at the picture on the window. Good god. Ordered a chili dog which on the website says that it comes with cheese on it. Literally look at the menu and that is what it says. Got the chili dog back to the house and there was no sign of cheese on top. Called the location back and asked if it was supposed to have cheese and was told (presumably by the same bitter cashier lady) “it’s a chili dog, not a chili cheese dog”. She interrupted me numerous times when I told her that was inconsistent with the website info. Fact check time - called the Pacific Beach location and asked if the chili dog comes with cheese. Bingo, was told right off the bat it does and it is not an “add-on” cost like the lady at the San Clemente location said it was. The food was edible at best - the Oreo shake I got was pretty flavorless and for a piece of bread, a regular size hot dog, and a can of chili dumped on top, $13 could be put to use much better almost anywhere else in town. As bad as the food was, the miserable woman at the front is what truly left the worst taste in my mouth out of the whole experience.
Did not disappoint. Delicious burgers fries, onion rings and shakes! Very busy but line moves fast and food is quick.
Wow… does it really take 45 minutes to give us COLD curly fries?!? So disappointed, never coming here again. Sanchos tacos next door has better quality service and food.
One of the best burger places ever, a former Fatburger that just dropped the franchise & added a few items, excellent tasting giant burgers, the 'Fat'/steak fries stay hot for a long time.
Strawberry shake and curly fries were great. The BBQ cheeseburger was ok, but I'd probably try something else next time.
Just a hole-in-the-wall place that has been there forever! The the burgers are good, the sides are huge and the price is very fair. Even their sodas are less than most other places. If you get a burger and fries combo you can pay a bit more and get one of their yummy milk shakes instead of a soda.If you can't manage stairs, go around to the back and enter on the north side.

This is the best skirt steak in NY hands down. First dates are perfect here and I conceived my children after eating and having the award winning Sangria. 2 glasses and good by! Me and my wife's favorite restaurant hands down. Been going here for over 20 years
Great food and service. However: Beware of the prices-the prices posted on the online menus must be over 10 years old. There has obviously been no effort to keep them up to date.2 Turkey burgers or Hamburgers with fries and a drink are approximately $30.00 plus tip. About the same as Ruby’s, but Biggies are bigger?Cheers, Walt
I'm sharing my visit on 4/19/21 The food was superb!! Service outstanding! It was our anniversary we had such a memorable time with the delicious food! We were on table 201 fantastic view!!! Our server B Dimce was just awesome!!!! Thank you for everything you did for us with your awesome service. The NY strip was the best I had anywhere! Lemon Sole was the best! Drinks perfect!! Again thank you for thinking of every little thing that went into our visit!!!
