Bowls and smoothies are good but 35 minutes waiting for a smoothie is ridiculous. Woefully understaffed and under skilled. If you have all day, by all means enjoy.
Banzai Bowls is super good. Been going here for years. Acai bowls are pretty expensive but it's worth the convenience of getting good food on the go to or from the beach in my opinion. Lots of tasty options on the menu, but my favorites are the Da Kine cuz I like peanut butter or the Banzai Bowl.

Costumer service is horrible we waited 45 mins for 1 small bowl. We ordered the Og bowl which comes with granola strawberries bananas and honey and the didn’t even put the strawberries or honey?!?! Bowlology at the outlets is 1000x better
Very beautiful and it was very healthy with no wait time at all. I recommend coming here on a nice sunny day when it’s empty
Waited more than 1/2 for 3 small bowls. I stood at the register waiting to be assisted for 5 minutes and no one even said we’ll be right with you. I tried phoning in my order about 6 times and the phone was busy. And when I told them about the phone issue they didn’t seem to care one bit. I even tried dialing the phone in front of their employee to show them that something was wrong with their phones. And again, no response. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and this is the worst service I’ve ever received. Paid $34 for three small bowls and all I got was a smug response? Too expensive for the hassle and mistreatment. Not coming back again. There are other places down the street.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your smoothie/ bowl, this place is incredibly understaffed. I love banzai bowl but I waited for 40min on hold and when I arrived I showed them I was still on hold and they had forgotten eeeeek. Terrible management. Delicious bowls though.
Yum yummy. Their bowls are da bomb!! The large is pretty big. Love the old skate stuff since I grew up with all that. Muy bueno. :)
Went to grab a large Bonzai and noticed all the good looking SCHS kids are gone and it's now a bunch of prepubescent Mexican boys working there. It looks like a car wash. They were messing around, giggling, EATING while making the bowls. I won't be returning...
