The guy who took our order was just okay we got the mini hot dog pretzels and the mini regular pretzels the regular pretzels were so good but the hot dog ones were hard as a rock so when I went back to see if I can get my money back he said "no I can't at this point.." I only had one and my husband had one before taking the back sooo... ?? But I asked if I can just have another cup of the regular pretzels and he ignored me and handed me another cup of the mini hot dogs saying these ones were just made.. so why didn't he give me those ones 2 minutes ago? What place doesn't do refunds? Not to mention he got a little attitude ?

They are always nice and accommodating. In the past when they didn’t have what I wanted they made it fresh in 10 minutes. And it’s always been good quality.
Worst service ever! Made me wait for 20 minutes for my order while they kept giving away my order to new customers that were just arriving. Employees still have the nerve to argue with me.
Friendly staff. Pretzels are not as big as remember them growing up. First pretzel was super hard so had to get a fresh one. It was good just a little pricy.
