Went with my son to listed to a bluegrass bank and sat and had a couple of drinks. Tamara F was our server and was very friendly and attentive. She got our order quickly and was nearby to offer a second round when we finished the first. Decided to have burgers while we were there that were tasty. The band was good and there was quite a crowd for a private party. Very pleased to sit in the patio area and enjoy the music and fresh air. Good experience.

Very spacious, casual, fun place. Great appetizers, good selection of beers, fire pits and live music. Everything one needs for a good time out on the town. It's worth the dive out there.

The food's ok. Decent beer selection. The atmosphere is very casual. This would be a decent place to watch a game with drinking buddies.

The Office is, more or less, the worst bar I've ever been to, and you'd certainly have to work hard to find a worse one in the area. We keep coming back because of the trivia on Mondays (Mitch is awesome!), but at a certain point, it's too much. Starting from the worst:- We've seen rats climbing in the outdoor patio - we told our server, he went to tell management, and came back with "it's a huge problem everywhere in San Carlos, apparently." I guess that makes it OK?- Pretty much everything cooked on the menu is microwaved or heated from frozen, including the fries, and is priced outrageously. You'd think the burgers would be redeeming, but both times we've ordered a burger here, the sheaf of lettuce it was served with tasted like something died inside.- BEVERAGES: Mixed drinks are typically good, with a wide selection of beer. However, we get the bottom of the keg about 10% of the time. We've ordered an iced tea here, and it had gone bad (something I didn't even know was possible - it tasted like dish water).- The restaurant is often understaffed, leading to slow service. There is also a high turnover rate among staff. Last week, my friends and I were seated and forgotten about, and weren't served with water, drinks, or food, for the 90 minutes we were there.I don't normally leave reviews for restaurants, but it seems like they have tried to increase the margins everywhere they can, at the expense of quality. Every one of the above could be a separate one-star review. I hope this place gets bought by someone who cares, it could really be great.TLDR; Stay away, or at least eat before you get there. Trying each menu item yourself is a valid but expensive way to come to this same conclusion.P.S. I've texted some of this feedback to their anonymous "manager" phone number that they have posted around the restaurant for people to make suggestions, and the phone number is disconnected.

For some reason bar burgers aren't good, the burgers here aren't different. They taste more like dry sandwiches than burgers.

Decided to grab a bit to eat there tonight. Started with the Beer Cheese Fondue followed by the Morning After Burger and a Voodoo IPA. Food was excellent and the service was spot on. Definitely will be back.

This review is for two separate visits. both awesome!First, happy hour. we got everything on that menu. I don’t know what it is about this fondue but it’s bomb! this cheese is the best i’ve had in a long time. savory with great texture. also the bread is lightly charred and it comes with grissini sticks .the wings! bang for your buck. get the bbq saucethe bruschetta is served sampler style. each piece better than the next.nachos were a healthy serving PACKED with flavor. after these I was full. lasted until the end of the monday night game.Came here on a Sunday for an afternoon game so I got to experience the brunch menu also. The breakfast sandwich was a great serving size. The potatoes on the side have the right crispiness and flavor. I was able to split it to save room for all the other great options on this menu. They have pitchers too! Great for groups. The staff is attentive. The chef came and checked on us and asked how we liked the food , which I really appreciate. We’ll be back! happy hour , game day, brunch , dinner. The Office will be in regular rotation.

NEW SUNDAY FOOTBALL SPOT. I had an awesome time here.First, the food. Tried their new brunch menu. Had the option of the a bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich. Ordered the bacon one and I had every intention of ordering the sausage afterwards, vastly underestimating the size. Food came quick and was impressive to look at! (Not a photographer so my pics don't do it justice, sorry!) The cheese was melty. Bacon was sweet, savory, cooked perfectly. All on a big buttery croissant with amazing eggs. The potato side was seasoned so well, served with a nice lil dipping sauce. Oooooff ! Washed it all down with a nice beer.I stuck around for a while to watch the 49er game. Plenty of big TVs. They were showing a few games. Audio for the game was nice, not overbearing loud so able to still have conversation with the nice bartender.I saw an order of the avocado toast get dropped at another table and I had to try it ! It was so colorful . Once i got my own, I was again impressed with the portion size. So much flavor !!! and the avocado was fresh and creamy. Great texture, great seasoning. Compliments to the chef. Will be returning with a few friends. People need to try this !

The atmosphere of The Office is very laid back. Great place to watch some games. They have a huge selection of beers (mostly local) and the fish tacos are amazing. Definitely coming back here!

Was there for lunch today.. Reasonable food for a pub, although prices are high for what was served. I had 2 fish tacos, each with a thin and small piece of grilled fish. My companion had the pub chicken sandwich with fries, which he seemed to enjoy. Amazing selection of beers on tap to enjoy - almost too many, lolSitting right next to El Camino made it often too loud to have a conversation but I am sure that most folks there in the evenings won't notice.
