We have ordered from Lulu's occasionally during the pandemic and been satisfied. Our general practice is to use the online ordering directly linked from the restaurant website or order by phone as we understand this maximizes revenue for the restaurant vs. using one of the popular online ordering apps. However this evening we were unable to order using either method. The website we were referred to generated errors and later reported the restaurant was not accepting online orders. When we called the restaurant no one picked up the phone.

Workers have never been friendly, food is overpriced, and usually pretty cold and mediocre. Staff definitely the worst part of the restaurant though.
Biggest lies ever i experienced that here. They said few mins for an order after 12 minutes they said few mins again. The food was ready 25 minutes after “few mins”. There is no issue in food being late but there is an issue when you lying to customers
In an area where there are so many Mexicans living, I would have expected better quality. I really miss Mi Ranchito. They really need to improve. will definitely not be back.

For the priced I paid I was shocked how small the large salad was. I ordered online and was expecting something far more generous, fresher and impressive. I can order a Vietnamese, Cabbage Salad at 1/3 the price, double the size. The salad also seem to appear to be pre-made. I've frequent Lulu's on the Alameda in Menlo Park when it first opened. It seems prices have gone up and quality has gone down.
so the food is delicious, and the burrito is like American version of Mexican and I love it, but the prices are too high. Adding tomato to your burrito is 50 cents. I think it’s just too expensive.
