The cheesesteaks are still good, but the service is trash. Employees are disrespectful to customers, especially the cleaning staff near closing time. I used to say Jersey Joes was my all time favorite spot, but clearly the change in management has sent this place on a bad trajectory, or they just aren't paying attention to apathetic people they have now running the shop.
I lived in Philly and tried +10 places in SF Bay for cheese steak that tastes similar - this is the place!
The best cheesesteaks in the Bay Area! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid (there used to be several locations). I’ve actually planned trips up the peninsula so that I could stop by at lunch time.
It's out of my way to go to this restaurant, but I always look forward to it when my buddies and I decide to go. They have some of the best cheese streak subs.
Great quality meat, they put plenty of cheese, and I would typically get a cheesesteak with just mushrooms, but I decided to get it with onions, sweet and hot peppers, and mushrooms, and I felt like the peppers and onions actually added a lot to the meal.I love that they offer a low carb option :) will definitely return.
Best and most authentic cheesesteak in the Bay Area, and friendly service. It is a nice bonus that they also removed the mask mandate for customers as soon as they were allowed. I also like the they have Coke products instead of Pepsi (unlike most cheesesteak shops in the area).Suggestions for even higher authenticity: Offer birch beer (non-alcohol soda that is a staple of East-Cost cheesesteak shops), offer “Crab fries” as an option (French fries that are doused in Old Bay seasoning immediately after being cooked), extra credit: offer “water ice” as a desert item in addition to milkshakes.I greatly appreciate your reply. This restaurant has earned a five-star rating.

The best cheese steaks around here. Staff is polite and efficient. Place is always clean. Gets busy at lunch ti.e so order ahead or plan for a wait
The food is pretty good for what i ordered, a reg philly n garlic fries. however, i cant help but feel the prices are more than what you pay for. I felt the size of the sandwhich was on the smaller side and the amount of fries too.
Ammazing cheesesteak!!! One of the best, if not the best I have tried. Loaded with ribeye and good cheese. It was just a bit spicy for me but, man oh man. Delicious!!!!!
