Bit pricey but service was excellent. Nice 1920s speak-easy styled joint. Could use more food options. Both of the waitresses were very attentive drinks were very good with quality alcohol. I have to say it again they need more food options.
Very nice ambiance. Staff were pleasant. Cocktails were $15 to start. At 4:30pm we were the only ones there. Their live piano player starts at 9pm.
Dueling piano bar with craft cocktails, comfy seating, great atmopshere, talented bartenders, and good performers - it's tough not to like Faith & Spirits! The crowd is also very eclectic, with a healthy spattering of the young and old alike. Who doesn't love live music, especially when they'll make you a custom rendition of your favorite song for a few bucks?
Appalled at the entertainment. Between EVERY song it was spelled out how to request a song and it required money. I get it but when the pianist feels there wasn't enough "tip" they don't play. Sad when u give a $5 tip they couldn't play happy birthday or something. Drinks were ok took over 30 mins standing at the bar to even get acknowledged. This is just another reason why I don't patronize San Carlos. I support local businesses but with service like that and the uncomfortable pressure of paying to play. No thank you.
What a great spot and super clean! Dual pianos, great music playlist, and epic drinks. The bartender was awesome and made this place worth going too. We will be back!
I recently moved to San Carlos and was excited to stop by at Faith & Spirit to get a drink and check the place out. The place looked busy and friendly until I approached the bar to order a drink. The bartenders wouldn’t make eye contact so I figured they’re just busy but after 10 minutes or so, I noticed they are taking orders from other patrons but continued to ignore me. When I asked what was happening, the bartender said ‘I’ll get to you when I get to you’. I was shocked. I had such high hopes for this place but there is a major attitude problem. I left after 30 mins without getting a drink. I never found out what the problem was, but I was horrified by the experience and rather spend my money where business owners and employees treat the customers with a bit more class.
This is a cool place! Good bourbon selection, And good prices.
Great cocktails and super fun live music. The music is especially fun after a couple of those cocktails. Where else are you going to hear Billy Joel followed by Miley Cyrus?
Excellent live music and delicious cocktails... What else is there to say? San Carlos and the rest of the Peninsula now have a fun and classy place to enjoy an evening for adults before and after dinner.
Came into town for boba, ended up here because the indoor area was all dark and mysterious, and then you can see a stage in the back that's beautifully lit. Anyways, wow, drinks were A++. Bittersweet Affair and Island Drizzle, they were the recommended ones and they did not disappoint. We liked the music selection - it was covers to top 2000's hits. Also, it was recommended to check them out from Tues-Sat for live music, so I would come back for that. Service was friendly and prompt, even though it was a good amount of busy.
