They almost never have strawberry frosted donuts. :( Dunkin' donuts here in the US tend to be a bit dry in general compared to Dunkin in the Philippines. But I'm glad we have this branch here. The store itself is always clean, and overly spacious. (I'm guessing they would have many tables for indoor dining, but those were probably removed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.) I like that this location has its own parking lot with lots of empty spaces, so it's super convenient to swing by and pick up a treat. No need to parallel park along El Camino, hah!
Yikes. Used to be run by better staff, now food is constantly burned or I'm given the wrong order. Wish it would go back to what it once was!
Extremely extremely slow. Out of the 3 staff members, I found two of them having food with the third working extremely slow. There was a long queue of people waiting to pick ip their meals.
Stopped by... Not open... No signage.. nothing.. what gives? You call, no one answers... voicemail inbow full. Really? Store shows open online... but not open. Get your stuff together Dunkin brand!

Once upon a time this was my favorite Dunkin' donuts after the service I received the last 2 or 3 times I've been in there I won't be returning this morning was terrible there was only one person in front of me with 3 people working it still took more than 15 minutes to get my order I'm mentioned to the young man you guys are going to make me late for work i said it in the nicest way possible ...and he apologized and still moved like a turtle the hot chocolate was watered down and warm not hot
They were so slow and they wouldn't say who's order was ready.Very thankful my maple bar didn't have any more frosting on it after she put it in the bag upside-down.
When you only see one or two staff and there is 3 people ahead of you, your minimum wait time is 30min when people are ordering other than donuts. This place is really slow specially on weekends. Last time I waited here for over an hour with just 4 people ahead of me and the next time it happened, we just went over to McDonald’s. It’s not the staff, it’s just the way they make their sandwiches and they only have one machine for each order you make so if someone orders 3 bacon egg croissants, you have about 10 minute wait for that.
They need more donut selection..It's a big store, they should be able to add more variety, otherwise they place is clean & spacious..
Order ahead on the app and avoid the wait! Plus they always have some deal going on. Go ahead get that extra donut!
