Menu items are expensive. Food served are very good. It's just too expensive for a fast food restaurant.

Got the new chicken sandwich. Sandwich had gristle and the chicken had an unpleasant rubbery texture. Way overpriced too! 2 to 3 times the price of KFC and Popeye's chicken sandwich.
Ordered French toast. I wasn't cooked through and was soggy in the middle. Very disappointed. I'm done with fast food.
