Do not eat here. First of all, they use charcoal, so there's no control of the heat. We were smoked out from the get go. The waiter dropped a pan of charcoal right behind us barely missing us, then they doused it with water and swept it up, not a fire extinguisher, plus the floor is carpeted, filthy carpet. We could not enjoy our meal bc of the smoke and at times the flame went up so high, it was kind of scary. The place is not very clean and it’s not worth the $45 per person that they charge. Not worth the money at all, especially if you can’t even enjoy the atmosphere. Never going there again.
Not going to comment on the quality of the food because it's AYCE. The octopus is very good though. The charcoal grill is also nice because of the flavor it adds to the food.But...1. Green onion salad didn't have a single sliver of green onions. Why is it called green onion salad?2. The banchan we received were missing items when compared to table next to us but no explanation was given to us.3. Staff is unfriendly and inattentive. One of the rounds when the waiter served us, he threw the plates of food on our table and left. At one point we waited at the table for about 10 minutes while trying to flag someone down to take our order for next round. It seemed like they just ignored us because they were too busy.We all have done jobs we don't like. However, don't take it out on the customers. It's not their fault you're not happy with the situation you're in.
The place is nice and the charcoal is the source of cooking your meats, very unique. First time I have seen this. The meats and sides were delicious. Thats all on the positive and now onto the negatives. They have a minimum of two guests to dine in or if you come as a single, theres a 5 dollar fee added onto your bill. I happen to come as a single dine in since I was on a business trip out there alone. Another thing, there a 4 meat order minimum per order, so if you want that specific meat, you're gonna have to order three other meats. The waiter I had didnt seem to happy serving me. I asked for a beer, never brought it. I had to ask for a pitcher of water after seeing him bring water to two other tables around me. He offered the other tables around me if they wanted more items, I would have to flag him down if I wanted something. The waitress working along side him actually asked me if I wanted more sides or another pitcher of water and she was haste about it. The charcoal idea is great but when the charcoal is dying down it takes alot longer to cook whatever your cooking. Luckily it was dying down towards the end of my visit. The experience was just ok. I've been to many different korean bbq restaurants and the charcoal is unique. Doubt I would revisit this one if I was in the area again.
I keep trying to come here and I feel like it is always a fail the first time I tried to come they said they only take reservations only. The second time I came they told us to come back another time due to a shortage in meat and they didn't get their shipment. The 3rd time I tried to come they closed really early and their sign said they open until 10pm and it was like close to 730 ish.
All you can eat Korean BBQ with real charcoal! I have not seen many of similar in the area. The meat quality was good. Minus one star just because they do not have enough servant so the serving is slow - need to arrive early to have better enjoyment.
We were at the restaurant early dinner on Wednesday night, no line no wait time. We park in front of the restaurant. Then people start to show up. I remember there were about 6 tables (3 tables on each side divided by some panels). The place looks clean, and the restroom is cleaned. Small selection on the menu but the decent quality meat, brisket, and baby octopus are our favorites. The air vent didn't seem to be working properly, it started to get very smokey (feel unsafe). I'd rate food 3.5-stars, ambiance 2-stars, service 2.5-stars (only 1 person working). All you can eat is $45/person for 90mins.
Honestly I’ve been coming here for years since I was 14 to be exact. People are complaining about price when I was coming here it was 18.95. Now it’s 45 dollars cost of living has gone up what hasn’t changed is the Smokey atmosphere. Delicious food and good times with friends and family. Service here has always been amazing and I’ll still be coming and now since I got my kid my kid will continue the tradition
We came here to celebrate my son's birthday and although they had just closed, they graciously allowed us in last minute. The food was amazing! The service was excellent always tending to us and being aware of when we needed refills. Mind you-it was only able 3 other tables in the restaurant finishing up.We will definitely come again and highly recommend anyone looking for Korean BBQ--this is the spot!
"All you can eat," not "all you can take"!!!??I enjoyed the Korean BBQ! Had beef, chicken, and shrimps!?? lots of kimchi on the side which went perfectly with all the meats that we ordered. Though not too impressed with the chicken, the beef short ribs, thin-sliced beef, and shrimps would have been enough! Just felt bad / guilty about some of the meat that we could not consume anymore! We will know better next time. The server said they go straight to the trash!??Tip: We figured a "round" of 4 meats is perfect for a party of four, then there may be room for round 2. There were 3 of us. We would have been fine with 3 meats per round.
Wow! Fantastic Pork Bibimbap. And the sides! So many, each so good. The pork was tender, full of delicious smokiness in every bite. Highly recommend delivery or pickup for some very delicious Korean food (avoid the smoke) ?
