They started out well but now the entire staff has been changed. None of them speak English and it’s just way too hard to make them work through your order. Mediterranean authenticity is ruined completely. They are using literally thick Mexican rice instead royal basmati rice which is vital to the rich preparation of middle eastern cuisine. Anyway, it’s a huge disappointment and regardless of what you ordered online, you’ll be getting incomplete items.
Food is OK. Nothing special. It used to be good quality
I really enjoy coming here and I love the food, but I was really disappointed in the service I received tonight. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and I was totally fine with taking my food to go. What I’m not understanding is why I was denied ordering certain items I always order when I stop here after work. The lady at the register told me we are closed. I told her you’re open for another 30 minutes so why is everything shut down. All she could tell me is that everything was shut down so I couldn’t order certain things. So disappointing. I always look forward to coming here.
Tasty, cafeteria style food. I came at the end of the evening for take out so was not super fresh or hot, but was yummy upon reheating

Good Mediterranean food, but at fast food prices. Cooked fresh to order. Only wish they had a location closer to where I live (East Bay). Highly recommend.
Today entering the restaurant I saw the restaurant staff being sarcastic and rude to a girl who makes delivery, I think the male staff was rude and sarcastic because the driver is a woman, on the way out I tried to calm the young woman down and gave up eating at this place. if staff treat people by being rude and sarcastic they have lost a customer. I sent a msg to the restaurant's customer service and I hope they take action.
