My family and I enjoyed everything. My wife didn't want burgers at first, but as she ate she thought it was great. My daughter couldn't get enough of the bottomless fries and sodas. She went crazy, and loved the burger. I had the fish and chips regular, garlic and sweet potato fries. The cream soda with orange and raspberry flavorings were delicious. Our waiter took great care of us. Overall it was a great experience. We will go back.
The staff has was disrespectful. We ordered one item to be picked up. They said they would bring it right away but didn't on purpose. It was mac and cheese and very simple to bring. My little toddler had to wait because they brought it late on purpose. I didn't think someone would be that spiteful for not leaving a tip. I guess they deserved it in the end. Leaving a tip on takeout order especially fast food is optional. We didn't think it would cause this type of bad service on purpose.
Not the best experience, came in with a group of 5 , everyone got there food but me , they had finished there food and mines was still not out. Finally it came and they forgot the added toppings. I waited and reordered the toppings and waited 15 min and nothing ever came, ended up eating a cold burger. Our waitress was friendly but was not very good at keeping our order correct . Food was cold and dry. I will try to come again and give it another shot another day. Today was also not that busy not that many people. I still tipped and paid for the extra toppings because the waitress never came back so i can ask to remove them.
Drove 40 minutes to eat here and they were out of ice cream for their shakes and the freckled lemonade which was our main reason for eating there. We opted for the sweet tea which was not sweet, and my daughter never got her diet coke which we asked for twice. It did not seem busy, especially since our food did come out in a timely manner and it was hot. When we ordered the new to menu dessert, the freckled lemonade cake, it came out rock solid frozen...literally impossible to fork through. We had also ordered the donuts, but it didn't come and thank goodness didn't make it on the bill. We asked for a takeout box for the cake, which we also had to ask for twice. Next table over had some complaints as well and spoke to a manager. Such a disappointment when we were truly looking forward to an awesome family dinner.
Ended up here as a third choice. Not that we don't love RR, but when traveling, we look for choices not available at home.Well, after 2 different "it's going to be an hour at least to seat you" and "we have no staff" , we ventured in to Red Robin. I was hesitant due to the large amount of to go pickups waiting in the lobby, but the 30 minute estimate to be seated held true.The host staff were all so kind, and hustling! I saw very few servers working, and they were all smiling and efficient. I know from years in the industry, this isn't easy when you're short staffed, and busy.Our server, I didn't record her name, was just the sweetest. We ordered and maybe waited 15 to 20 minutes for dinner. Hardly what I was expecting.Please, please, please, be kind to your servers and host staff, they're working their butts off with what little staff they have in most places. Oh, and our burgers were great, and cooked perfectly! My only recommendation would be to drain the garlic fries before serving.
The food is always good but the experience is lacking. The waiters are great, but the atmosphere is pretty depressing. Not sure if they need music, fans/AC, or more TV noise but it just feels stuffy and still. That being said I enjoy sitting in the bar area more than the dining area and always have a good time. Keep the fries coming!
Go there for burgers at least 1 time a month. Fries are hot and crisp. Need to stock the beer taps. Burgers are great. Someday I will try something else
Terrible customer service. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’ve never had a worse experience at a restaurant.Placed an order over the phone. Order was not ready when we arrived. Both hostesses went to the back to check for our order multiple times. After waiting ~20 minutes, manager asks the hosts about our order, which was said to be still not ready. Member from kitchen staff comes and asks what our order was claiming they never received it. He goes back to the kitchen and is never seen again. Hostess goes back again to check for our order, comes back and says that they still haven’t started making it and we will need to place the order through the computer again so they can start. After about an hour of waiting, we receive food, but 1 of 3 items is missing. We ask for it, they claim it was never ordered, and both manager and host say “sorry kitchen is closed.” Manager never approached us directly until we asked about our missing item (despite seeing us waiting for an hour). It was obvious the fries we received were not fresh. It was not busy so there is no excuse.
The worst place ever if you order pick up. Unprofessional staff that’s doesn’t help and doesn’t care about you. I never will order again or recommend to anyone. I’m so upset with this place. I don’t recommend at all
Marge and I have experienced the worst service we have ever had the displeasure of receiving. They are also out of so many menu items it's ridiculous. Absolutely horrible. We highly recommend you steer clear of this atrocious establishment.
