I have been to this Popeyes a few times and had bad experiences almost every time. So much that for the most part I stopped eating here. Today I had a craving and I will say the service was amazing. It was clear before the issue had with the leadership team. Juan is the reason this places runs like it does. He also has amazing customer service. I would hire him in a hear beat.
I asked for the chicken to be more tender and to be hot. They gave me chicken very cold, stale and undercooked. The order number was 117 today. I said to the worker, is this order hot and well cooked? He told me yes, but it's very crunchy and crunchy. Their food is dirty. The worker there is rude and rude
I like this location the most so far. Lots of parking, they're busy but are working hard to get orders out in a timely manner but it does take time and I understand that. They're friendly and communicate well with customers. I usually order on the phone and go in for pick up and they've been really great every time.
I gave them four stars because I had a cold keep on going back in for paper towels condiments and what not like that other than that they were very polite they were clean good food considering it was fast food it tasted fresh.
I won't be back, I like extra mayo on sandwich but they refused.They don't care about customer satisfaction nor my business.It's like if you're used to eating a steak with salt but being denied the salt.Original review:I give this place 4.5 , I rounded up to 5 stars.They lost half a star because I had to talk to a manager to get a side of mayonnaise to enjoy my meal. When I go again and IF I'm given a hard time again, I might just not ever return and definitely take some stars off.But since I ate a delicious fresh chicken classic chicken sandwich with macaroni and cheese, I would try again. I waited a few short minutes for my fresh order.I actually went to another Popeye's chicken a few days lQ on was was almost inedible. It is dried up and disgusting.So I guess Popeye's is a HIT OR MISS depending on the LOCATION!
Horrible Experience At This Location!! "WARNING" DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR BY MOBILE APP. IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE INCORRECT AND " THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU BACK MONEY OR THE MISSING ITEMS! THE MANAGER "LEE" IS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO DEAL WITH HIM! I FILLED A COMPLAINT, WHICH TOOK 20 MINUTES ON-LINE TO DO (HAVE TO DO A LONG SURVEY BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN FILL YOUR COMPLAINT! HORRIBLE!
They charged me for my meal & someone elses..I had to dispute the charge with my credit card cust serv..HMMP
They have crispy chicken that is juicy in the inside. You get what you pay for. The line does tend to take a bit longer. I got the family deal and 2 sandwiches for about 30 dollars.
if you order with separate bag, beware!!! is scam, check your order before leave! I make 4 order of tuesday deal, they only given me 1 order each bag
For the first time the sandwich was dry, not juicy. Quite a disappointment. Also, the cashier was wearing her mask below her nose . This is unacceptable for food service.
