The cashier lady and the manager lady are super rude, they tell me I’m trying to take someone else’s order to pick up someone else’s order, I’ve shown them my phone it doesn’t show the name on my door dash it just shows to pick up I’ve given them my name to pick up but they tell me it’s not my food or I’m trying to take someone else’s food order. I grabbed a fork and when they finally gave me my food they said there is a fork in the bag don’t touch the forks but there was none in the bag so I grabbed me a fork, the customer service super rude.

It's a froyo place with next to no flavors and a really rude woman behind the counter.
It depends of how the mood of the lady serving the food is how your meal is going to be. If she is not having a good day you will end up with the half of the portion of everything and paying full price. If I see the lady I just go to the other places to get my food and avoid the bad experience.TODAY: Second chance to see if the service improve. FAIL!!!

Burnt chow mein in the morning. Sad and the chow mein was really nasty. They charged an extra 1.25 for the shrimp.sad they don't have a lot of visitor in office you cannot taste the food do the covet I meant sample the food which is this crazy all you got to do is just give us a sample in a cup. Im not gonna support them anymore. Their food is not the same anymore in a service sucks.
