Nice, clean store. Friendly staff. If you get a large you end up paying around $8 a drink with toppings. Didn’t care for their milk tea at all. Watery & no flavor. Never enough ice in any drink so you walk out with warm fruity drinks. Regardless I recommend going with a fruity drink over any milk tea. Boba doesn’t have much flavor itself. The popping boba and lychee packed a lot of flavor. Disappointed on this one. Didn’t meet up to the hype. Wouldn’t hit this spot up again.
The white rabbit drink was unique and tasty! Very sweet though.The Mango Ôtai was good too!All the boba drinks were expensive, so be ready!

Probably some of the worst milk tea with boba pearls my husband and I have ever had. Thin, watery, flavorless ‘milk tea’ with an unsettling crunchy texture to the boba pearls. Very surprising given that we got arguably some of the most basic flavors of milk tea: Thai tea and taro.The employees were inattentive and clearly very distracted. Odd considering there was basically no one else in the shop at 8pm on a Friday night.Should have saved our time and money and gone a little further south to San Jose and hit basically any boba shop in the vicinity for better quality, variety, and service.
I went to this place based on the reviews, and they could not be more deceiving. Not only was I disappointed by their 'milk tea' but I'm more disappointed by the customers who leave such dishonest reviews that mislead others to waste time and money. It's not helpful for the business either because they don't get any true feedback to improve their products and services.I genuinely believe that the customers who left 4, 5 star reviews have little to no experience with boba milk teas. Hidden among these misleading reviews are the truths left by a few: watery, diluted, tasteless, etc.Owners of this establishment, I'm really unsure how you'd benefit from offering full refund and other drinks on the house to the customers who left critical reviews. Based on the very basic milk tea of yours I had, I wouldn't come back to your establishment unless the drinks improved dramatically. What I ordered was literally undrinkable. I think you'd benefit a lot from visiting any boba tea shop in Cupertino/San Jose area and trying their counterparts. Perhaps you could offer them yours for real feedback if you're feeling bold. Ordered the typical drink that I order in any Boba place I go and I was surprisingly disappointed. It tasted like it was water with a little bit of milk and sugar and of course the popping Boba and the lychee jelly. I was surprised because it was around 8 or past 8 pm and there's a long line so I'm expecting it to be great drink. Nope ...
I have been coming here since they did a 49er special for when the 49ers won a game. My go-to is the white rabbit with boba. I love it so dang good. And I just heard that they're about to drop ice cream a white rabbit ice cream! My mouth is already watering for it.

Great place for Boba! Their Tongan Taro is not too sweet. Perfect blend. Boba is good. The Tongan Mango Otai is great! Got it with no Boba. I love that it's not blended but has the chunks in it. So so good if you want your otai fix. I've also tried the POG w/ lychee and mango jelly and have a Cool Runnings sitting here. Lol! I also love the different sizes of cups they have. The small is a perfect size. Yall go and support this Tongan owned business!
The girls working there are amazing!! So friendly, patient & professional. They answered all my dumb questions. Try out their home-made white rabbit if you like it on the sweeter side.Such a fun & stylish ma & pa shop that's upgraded from a food truck. The ONLY place for boba open past 9. Support local shops!
