Very bad service the person at the front of drive tru was very unrespecfull and needs to learn some respect for their customers he was trading me as he was in a bar not in a food place I don't mind if I were by myself but my whole family heard the comments on this guy mentioned rushing when nobody was there after me will do a personal complaint with management and not came back to this place...

I *used* to like getting food from this Jack In The Box. But, recently I placed an order in the mobile app. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed when it was supposed to be open, (even had a handwritten note on the door saying closed,) so I wasn't able to get the food I'd already paid for. I went back a few days later. The person in charge was very rude, claimed there was no way the restaurant could have been closed, didn't believe me when I showed her pictures I took, and basically accused me of trying to steal their food. After I left, I called the phone number on the restaurant, and also submitted the contact form online. I never heard back, and finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.This was the absolute worst customer service I've had in a very long time! Well, in the process of keeping me from "stealing" $7 of food, they lost the business of someone who otherwise would've spent a lot of money there in the future. I have no plans to eat here ever again. :(

Similar to many others’ experienced below, I came at a normal time (8pm) and the store was “closed.” Clearly it should be operating because (1) it claims to be 24 hrs (2) the open sign is still on (3) there were two employees inside who saw me and walked away. We can all assume now from everyone’s collective experience, that this business is closed.

Always love the 2 tacos for 1.69ish although the place looks like a huge dive even more so since COVID but in no way has it affected the quality of the tacos. I'm sure they'll pull it together at some point. Just don't [email protected]!k with the tacos and everything will be fine.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. I have had better burgers from a vending machine. I have skipped Jack in the Box for 30 years based on remembering it being bad, but my family wanted to try it. Now we will all avoid it. Also, I posted this once and it disappeared....odd.

This used to be a pretty good place to eat... but, sadly the quality of customer service, preparation of the food went down hill in a negative way. Hopefully a new crew can revive this place. Sorry jack.

Great customer service, from the initial walk in to Making sure ur order is correct. TRAINED very well employees and prompt service as you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

This place might be running a scam based on my experience and the reviews I’ve seen of this place. I placed an order through the mobile app for pickup. The restaurant was closed when I arrived 5 minutes later. I could see multiple employees inside the restaurant. When I tried to get their attention to ask about my order, they ignored me. I reached out to the management of this location to request a refund (there’s an email address on the drive thru window). The manager responded promptly and said they would follow up. They did not. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I will not return here.

JITB is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, they don't have any in the area that I live. Every time I visit San Francisco I make sure to visit this JITB. The food is always amazing.
