So disgusting. Aside from overall non existent service, we were served water glasses with dirty old lipstick on the rim. It was hot in there and our waiter was profusely sweating, like pouring down his face and wiping it on his sleeve while taking our order which was so off-putting and gross.Food was barely warm, cheese unmelted. No one refilled our coffee, we had to ask for silverware, asked 2 people 3x for boxes and ended up getting them ourselves after no one bringing them. It was a Thursday morning at 9am and it was not busy but the restaurant was filthy and long wait times. Thoroughly disappointed. 0/10 will not ever go back to this location
Its IHOP so really expectations are not that high. Overall OK except that at 930ish on a not so busy looking Friday evening, several tables were dirty. I don't like seeing dirty tables even if they are not in use. I ordered crepes w Lingonberry. They did not taste fresh. I asked for the Lingonberry on the side but that was not honoured. My desire for crepes is permanently damaged. They were thick n cold. I still rated 4 as I think its tough to work in places like these. However I will not go again.
Their pancakes and omelets are YUMMY !

Waitress was wonderful.Kitchen staff was incompetent.Food arrived cold. Yelling could be heard from untrained teenaged employees, acting like they were at the mall or Disneyland.Establishment will be shut down soon if this is all they have.Customers deserve better.
One of the originals , remodeled. Very clean, terrific service. It felt more welcoming than the newer ones. Consistently good food.

After our first visit the staff recognized us. We were a group of 6 and found the staff very friendly. The food was good for IHOP, in other words not gourmet but good food.
Extremely poor serve. We were the only ones there in the whole restaurant and our server was in the back chatting and laughing with other staff the whole time. I had to get up and look for her each time i needed water or something else, including getting our check. We ordered 3 orders of pancakes and they gave us 3 little tiny plastic rationed containers of syrup and we had to keep asking her for more. And to make things worse, she overcharged us, which i didn't see till I got home. And our booth was filled with ants, even climbing on our clothes. Horrible experience.
