Put everything on my sandwich. When told thats not how it was ordered they scraped it all off and took the bun in half and gave me a new top bun. Real nice
Thick and rich as lead pudding taste AF, but the fries and undercooked and yucky.
Cheesesteak is good. But when ordering from Postmates they always forget to give the drivers the drinks! As if the drivers can reach over the counter to get it. It’s the merchants responsibility to ensure they’re reading the order before handing the items to be delivered. If you order from here don’t bother ordering your sandwiches in a meal 9x out of 10 you’re items will be missing something!
I asked for an order through doordash they accepted it and processed my order, when they had to notify delivery they canceled my order because the store had closed. That is very annoying !! ??
I have pretty low expectations for mall food and these guys had to start shoveling to get so low... There were only a couple of people ahead of us and we ended up waiting 30 mins for 2 cheese steaks and some fries. We ended up getting cheese steaks with multiple ingredients missing on both sandwiches.The veggie sandwich is supposed to come with some veggies and three types of cheese, mine only had some shredded cheese, veggies were missing and what was there was raw and crunchy... Raw and crunchy bell peppers and onions covered in shredded cheese. What a sandwich lolMy partner's bacon cheese steak was missing some veggies and the bacon was pathetic. Again, I don't expect real quality from a mall restaurant but I expect to get what I ordered, especially when I'm waiting that long. Thankfully the manager credited my card after I told her a few times that I didn't want them to remake it (and wait another fckn 20 mins).I won't be making the mistake of coming back ?
Tried the old school today, which turned out to be pretty good. I hope they keep it on the menu.
They’re soda syrups are off. Returned a coke because with didn’t taste right. Swapped it out with a root beer and still didn’t taste right. Some places decrease the syrup lines to save money on cost. I believe this is what they are doing here.
