First time ever for there wings very good
Worst place that wing stop has no matter the time you go in and they don't have to be busy they have told me 5 times of me coming here that there is a 45 minute wait or greater. Tonight there were 5 people working an nobody busy. But 45 minute wait. Nobody wants to wait 45 minutes to eat and shouldn't be told that before I even ask what's the wait.So tonight they said the same thing to me so I walked out and heard them saying as I walked out there goes another 1 we dont have to cook for.I turned back and told them I heard what they said and I will report to corporate over this.This wing stop gives all the rest a bad name.And I am going to call corporate tommrow.They lost my business and there were 5 other people who went in and left because of what they are saying.Staff said it's due to the war in Ukraine.Now that is very low and disrespectful. An I have family in Ukraine and I feel totally miserable about what was said of that.So low to ever say or to blame such to be the reason for 45 minute wait.
If you love wings you already know "Wing Stop" is the place to go. No matter which store branch I went to not one was a disappointment, from Service nor Wing. But at this particular branch they are very attentive, friendly and the vibe is just awesome. I wish I had taken pictures but like I said if you love wings it's a place to be.. Always a pleasure and the wings are forever satisfying!!
We're very excited waiting in anticipation produce place to open a few years ago. When it finally did we went over and visited within the first week it was opened we were both very disappointed the chicken was dry and hard. Neither one of us finish the food if you want to say anything with halfway decent I would say it would be flavored fries but even those were cold and greasy. I have never been back nor will I ever be back.
great please sometimes an item might be forgotten when ordered online but they a re generous and make up for it when it is brought to their attention. Staff is usually great, food is usually great never have I had any real problems.
The chicken is pretty good and the service is alright but I got food poisoning twice after eating here lol
I ordered today mix and match and they gave me all classic... not even one flavor I oder in boneless was right. If I'm paying over 50 dollars I expect my order to be right.
Ordering ot from the website is great. They always have it ready close to when they say.
Terrible customer service! You are better off going to another Wingstop location. I wasn't acknowledged because I didn't have a mask. One worker looked at me and turned around. If you don't like your job, wake up and smell the coffee. Because you can find another.
I was NOT pleased with my order today. The fries where burnt, the lemon & pepper chicken were over cooked. The Korean Bbq was good. I should have listened to the reviews people- posted. They basically said the same thing. Will not be returning.
