They always mess up my order and they never give me the right amount of food it's been like 3 times that they mess up, and they never answer the phone, I pay for more expensive thing and I get cheaper less expensive thing.
If I could give them a negative star I would!!!!!! I’m going over one hour and I still have not gotten my order!!! Completely ridiculous!!!!! If they can’t keep up they should stop waisting time on stupid things and stop taking more orders!!! Neveeeeeer again!!!!!
Thank you to Hyla, manager, and her team for going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of! She was beyond helpful and went out of her way to correct a mistake doordash made. She was terrific and we will definitely be back to this location!
Overall it was pretty good. They didn't have the correct Spelling of my name but after getting the name correct, order was ready. Plus I ask for a last minute order & I was courteously accommodated.
I had ordered online 30 mins before and it said that it'll be done by 7:22pm. I didn't leave there till 8:15. I had ordered 30 wings bone in and 6 buns. They didn't tell me that they had ran out of buns so they expected me of just leaving and finding out when I got home. I did convince them to instead get 2 drinks which I got after a while. The guy working working Saturday night was nice which was my only positive experience. When I got home I found out they gave me boneless instead of bone in which I payed extra for. So if you order online, check your food before you leave, just saying.
I love this place. Always takes care of me. Had a Doordasher block me after dropping off my order to the wrong house. Wingstop not only gave me a full refund but paid for my meal and then some.
