⭐ x6 delicious and fresh food
This place gave me and my daughter food poisoning!
This is the definition of "hole in the wall" place. Good food, but absolutely nowhere to sit down and eat. Everything is definitely made fresh though as you have anywhere from 15 - 30 minute wait time for your order to be ready.Definitely coming here again. I just don't like not being able to eat at the restaurant I'm getting my food from.
Such friendly staff, first time trying and I'm not a wing lover but when i say there wings changed the game man they taste so amazing as well as the shrimp and shrimp rolls and french fries. Can't go wrong Hubby and i are so pleased with the food, and will be back again.
Wow!! This place is so good!! It is located off of 9th and Waterman. Behind the gasoline station, don’t I ordered a number 13 which is cat fish and 6 chicken wings with fries. It was so good! I’ll be back definitely
I have been going here for over 13 years . I love the food, and I enjoy talking to Cynthia and Steve when I am there. Great place and great food!!
I use to eat at this establishment at the minimum 3 times a week. My order is simple. I order either wings or Tilapia with fries no salt easy seasoning. I call and the owner's Cynthia and Steve know me by name and are very personable, but the husband Steve needs a lesson in customer service. This is the second occurrence; I called and ordered wings with fries easy seasoning no salt. I go to pick up my order and drive across the street to the Chevron station to get gas for my hour drive home and reach in the bag and notice that my fries weren't a little salty but had enough salt to make you turn around and take the fries back!!! I took the fries back so they could see for themselves that the order had been botched. There is nothing worse than getting on the freeway to open your order and realize it is wrong. I return back to the store and was expecting them to say "sorry Herbie" we will get you another one and I would be on my way. Unfortunately that's not what happened. Now the fries on a combo meal are only a $1 extra so you would think this request would be no big deal. However, Mr. Steve made it a big deal insisting he did not put salt on my fries. I turned around within minutes and brought the order back to the store so they could see for themselves and or taste them for themselves if necessary, but Mr. Steve refused to taste them and he would not even open the box to inspect the fries to see if I was correct. Hmmmm, I wonder why? At this point, It was so sad as Cynthia tried to tell urge him to do the right thing and just make another order of fries. She was really great in trying to prevent the argument that ensued over a $1 order of fries from a customer who supports their business at the minimum three times a week. His bad customer service was actually a blessing in disguise because I did not need to be eating that greasy fried food on a weekly basis and so his bad attitude has not only been more beneficial to my health, especially since they do not know much about the fish or chicken or wear it comes from or how its raised, chemically injected with growth hormones or steroids or not. I realized this when I first started going to their store and I asked them if Tilapia was a bottom feeder like catfish and when they had no clue, I knew it was a problem and I was taking a risk. So the argument ensued and Steve would not back down or would he even taste the food but only insisted he was right and at this point I told him he needs to go back to school and take a lesson in customer service. Not only was he wrong but he totally had the wrong attitude which has resulted now in a slight reduction in his income from the loss of a consistent and weekly customer all of which could have been prevented by a simple apology and correction. Instead of Steve apologizing for making a mistake he instead accused me of being wrong as if I do not know what salt taste like. I suggested I guest he is not use to customer's who have a brain and who are conscious about what they eat? Cynthia on the other hand is very nice and must be the obvious reason the business has been successful, sadly always cleaning up her husband's mess and lack of customer service skills.
