Very rude employees I placed an order at 8:45 on the app went to pick up at 9 and they said they were closed and couldn’t give me a refund. I’ve called 3x and spoke with Dulce who is supposedly the mgr she keeps trying me she’s processing it and to wait 2-4 days- I’ll be here in person soon. Today I do an online order at 6:20pm go to pick up and they put a sign in the drive thru saying they are closed for 30 mins but no return time. I called for a refund again and they said I have to do it on my end when h app clearly says to contact the store and gives me their phone number. The girl working is very rude and ignorant.
Bad customer service! The guy was rude giving me my change back. He was rude when taking my order.
The young lady who answered the phone with no customer service training informed me that her store closes at 8:50. I would like to know what corporate thinks about that. So if I'm in your store at 8:50 are you telling me 'You can't take my order' You really need to get these young people some training or continue to lose business.
Absolutely 0 stars. They did my food very sloppy, and the person who took my order assumed I wasn’t ordering just because I looked like a kid. & They Are very sloppy while cooking. Never coming back here again.
If I can give a 0 I would, I had the worst experience at this waba grill. I order a chicken bowl with veggies and onion and I only received just rice and chicken. Not to mention customer service is horrible the girl in the drive through totally ignored and left when I asked her for extra soy sauce! never coming here.

Horrible customer service, asked for onions all three bowls ordered specifically and got one bag and was rushed through my order. Could tell cashier was very unprofessional, if you don’t want to work than you shouldn’t be there, spreading ur bad attitude and bad service
