I have ordered from this place before and the food is really good but I recently started to notice that there’s something wrong with the brown rice every time I order a chicken bowl or salmon bowl. At first the rice tasted a bit off, like kinda like rotten and weird but I still ate it because I thought I was being a bit dramatic and it wasn’t that big of a deal. But like 2 weeks ago I ordered a salmon bowl with brown rice and I got home and I started to eat my bowl. Once I get a bite of the rice it tasted soo nasty, I usually if food taste like not good I’ll still eat it just to not waste food, especially if I bought it with my own money. But I couldn’t take another bite of that bowl I got, the rice taste horrendous. It tasted rotten and mushy, but I literally saw the employees cooking the rice. Which made me think it would taste better since it’s freshly cooked. I have a feeling that this place isn’t sanitary at all and don’t wash their rice pots and cutting boards. I will not order a bowl or plate from this place anymore. But the dumplings are really good though.
Worst customer service ever The girl that takes the order took forever doesn’t seem like she wants to work took 30 minutes to get 2 bowls
I went to get a free bowl with the promotion, it didn’t work. But I just went ahead and bought a tofu bowl anyways. It tasted horrible.. the rice was mushy and the vegetables tasted like dish water it made my whole meal taste like dish water. I felt sick after I ate it. The lady working too was very rude. Never again.
Horrible Service! I was the only customer in there.. The girl taking my order had Horrible customer service she was acting as if she didn't want to be bothered. After I ordered my food I walked back to the counter to add chicken miso soup and the cook smacked her teeth.
I was lied too!! They advertise a bowl of steak and rice for $9-00 dollars and it's really $15 dollars they need to tell people the truth!! So I will post the true price up for them!!
The girls took my order and they were very pleasant and they were very fast and everything was great
One of the worse ran franchises I been to. Typically try avoiding eating here, had many bad costumer service experiences. This may time I had a free bowl from collecting points, the app gives you 30 seconds to redeem, which is d**** but the girl managed to enter the number, I saw my total go down ton$15 from $23, which I new the code worked. She then moved something on the register and ran my order again, of course the code wouldn’t work since it was redeemed already. I’m sure she did it on purpose. I’ll just drive to the one off palm when I’m working on the area from now on.
Why would they let you place orders online if closed!!! Now I'm out of my money and have to order food somewhere else!! I have to wait to see how am going to get my money now!It took them 6 business days for corporate to refund my money after emailing them daily.
Order was wrong. Food smelled awful. It was only the rice too. I am not sure if it was rotten or if they hadn't cleaned the rice cooker in some time. It smelled like urine.
