The cutting board had a limited menu when we dined here, but they did have a full bar service. Our server did inform us that the hotel and kitchen was under construction which is the reason for the limited menu. I ordered an Ahi Poke salad and it was delicious ð as well as a shrimp Alfredo pasta it too was great. My husband had the Caesar salad with salmon. He said the salmon was perfectly cook. On top of the great food, the quite and clean restaurant, everything came out in a timely matter, fresh, and hot. The servicer was the best. He was friendly, kind, and very welcoming. Thank you âºï¸ we will be back.
First and last time at this restaurant. We started off good with the drinks but that was the only good time we had, it was all downhill from there. Overall experience was underwhelming, food took more than an hour and even forgot one order which took another 30 minutes. Everyone lost their appetite by the time we got our food.

I had the Cutting Board Cheeseburger for $16, and the half pound of ground Kobe made it worth every penny.We came here at 8:45 with a party of 13. (The place was scheduled to close at 10.) They assembled the tables and sat us with great hospitality. (I've been places where they weren't so happy to see they'd be working late.) Other than another party outside, we had the place to ourselves. A few in our party speak only Spanish, and the waiters were bilingual.We had a great time, and we never felt rushed, even though we remained in the restaurant until well after closing. The staff had started cleaning up, but they didn't do it in a deliberately loud way. We were not made to feel as though they wanted us to leave. That's hospitality.Thank you Cutting Board staff. You guys made our party of 13 feel loved.

I was impressed! Exceeded my expectations! A hidden gem! I have the grilled octopus as my entree and it was fantastic! Who knew I could get perfectly prepared octopus in San Bernadino! Happy hour (4-7 weekdays) prices were fabulous and drinks were delicious! My husband really enjoyed the lime pasta dish and the garlic bread was divine! We will be coming back!
Just overall, an average experience for the location. Friendly staff. Food could've used a little salt, especially the potatoes. Only complaint, risotto was undercooked, sent back, still came back hard and starchy.
Wonderful Mother’s Day
First time experience recently although living local. Would definitely recommend ?Service was great thanks to Johnathan our server and every item ordered was delicious, fresh and surpassed expectations. Even the wine. Very chill ambiance in the outside seating area. Will be back soon!
I dined with a party of 8 and we were all happy with our meals. The waitress encouraged us to get our order in before a party of 16 and that helped us get our meals quicker. The salads were full of fresh vegetables and the rolls were hot out of the oven. The steaks were delicious and came with a salad and two sides, the burgers were thick and juicy, and the pasta plentiful. The indoor dining room has very little ambiance but the outdoor patio looked interesting. Our waitress was very attentive and efficient. It was pricey but the food was excellent. I would go there again.
