These guys are rude. We came in and sat down. The waitress looked at us and kept rolling her eyes. We waited 10 minutes, wasn’t greeted, given drinks or even a smile. Yet she was helping everyone else but us.Then when I brought her attitude to her attention and asked to speak to the manager, she wanted to play dumb and be victim. She yells to the owner, “CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, HE WANTS TO COMPLAINT TO YOU ABOUT ME, I NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE!” She thought she would embarrass me in front of all of the customer in the store.So if you want to visit an unwelcoming place with owner approval, this is your place—my first and last time here.
Expect your food to come first before bringing your plates and utensils. The service was pretty zombie-like, to say the least. The food was great, but expected to get up to get their attention for refills and napkins. Also, they will not bring you your entire order. My two-year-old never got his food. I will not bring my family or clients to this place.
Really attentive waiters, got is served quickly and came often to ask if anything was needed. Great fresh sushi rolls, everyone in there is very kind as well.
The sushi is very good. I noticed they put alittle too much sauce sometimes on the rolls. Also the prices have gone up alittle too much. Little over $30 for one person for an "all you can eat" ?
I have been going here consistently since around 2018 or later and I like the food and the speed at which we are served, but the prices are getting a little high, and considering we have been coming for so long, we are treated well.
Been coming here since they opened, 14? 15? Years. While chef has always taken care of me, occasionally he does something truly special!! Top to bottom: Space Needle, Salmon Skin Roll (just try it!), Protein Toll.Thanks Chef!
DO NOT EAT HERE. They mistreat their workers. The food is "ok", but there is a chef named Jason who is constantly yelling at the workers. This made me HORRIBLY uncomfortable. He was rude and disrespectful to the rest of the staff. The rest of the staff was amazing. I had the best experience with the waitresses you could ask for, however it was completely overshadowed by the sheer rudeness and disrespectful immature and irrational behavior by chef Jason. This is unacceptable in ANY restaurant, and you shouldn't spend a dime here until this is rectified. I have never seen such an awful display of behavior from a Sushi chef in my entire life.
Not good. Food tasted cheap, people in the staff were arguing with eachother and it felt uncomfortable to be there. I had to wait so long for my drink it was ridiculous. Jesus is not happy with this place.

The best sushi experience I’ve had in a long time customer service was great the food was on point everything was freshly made owner was nice enough to make us a row last minute at closing time definitely will be coming back For a wonderful time our waitress host and cashier and cooks were amazing we were very happy recommend this place as a all-time go to for great sushi them Bierman is comfortable the decor is lovely
