Yesterday (Jan. 6th) my pregnant wife was craving some subway so we searched up which one we were closest too at the time, we checked what time they close so we wouldn't show up to a closed location... when we entered it was 9:38pm and saw a lady leaning on the counter on her phone, she told us "we're going to be closing soon so we can't help you" and proceeded to go back on her phone. I asked "what" because sometimes it is hard to hear through these Covid masks, so she said it again this time with attitude and said "leave" Now I would understand if they had all the condiments put away but everything was out with 22 mins to spare, but I feel like she just wasn't trying to work and close early as possible... Safe to say we will never come here again
I'm always so disappointed when I go to subway bread was super hard. Too little and or wya too much sauce. Cookies were hard. Could barely eat my sandwich the bread was so hard and old.
Only put 1 star cause I had too. Terrible customer service

Stay away from this Subway!!!! Walked in to place an order and the girl behind the counter was NOT wearing her mask. We walked right out.

It depends on the bread and on the artist because some might make the best spicy Italian which is my go to. Others might make the same spicy Italian but it tastes nasty and beat up. Don't be shy to wait for the best artist if you have to don't just go with anyone cus your food will not taste the same from one day to another.
I asked for extra lettuce and extra spinach. I asked for oil and vinegar. My sandwich was so dry and they didn't give me extra anything. And the tomatoes were nasty and soggy.
I ordered online tuna sandwich with curbside pick up. Pick up wasn't curbside. When I got there, the gentleman said he was just going to call me. They were out of tuna. I said that I wanted a refund. He said I will get to it in a minute. While waiting, another customer said they were out of a lot of stuff...tomatoes fountain drinks. It would have been nice if they had called me as I was short on time and wasted my gas.
