I went to a terrible subway Monday March 21, 2022 around 10pm and I did buy 2 sandwiches but I ask for the restroom and they said it was closed and I'm pregnant...so who looks bad !!! Yes gets me mad pregnant women shouldn't go thru this!!!

They always have an excuse for why something that's on the menu can't be made in the store.

Burnt the bag and sandwich is fallen apart salad not even chopped the bacon in it was left whole forgot my wife's tomato that she specifically requested I believe that the employees do not value their quality of work

Very friendly staff. Got 4 cold cut foot long sandwiches for Super Bowl game. Delicious. Thank you very much.

The standard Subway sections are nice. The service is typically subpar for the area. Last 2 visits to this location were amateur at best. Yes, I realize that nearly all fast food places are amateur. On one occasion, the location was not accepting cash and had an issue with the fountain drink carbonation—it was not working—and they continued to sell fountain drinks. Next visit, went in at 10pm—they close at 11pm—and was told that they’re only accepting online orders…but technically they’re still within business hours. This inconsistency is so typical of the area. This Subway location needs adjustment.

I cannot believe that these people even have jobs. On Monday January 17, 2022, my husband made an online order which he pre paid for and went to pick it up. Upon arriving, he walked in, and was told that he had to have a mask on. He told them that he had a medical excemption but they insisted that he get a mask. He noticed that his food was made, bagged, and ready for him to pick it up, and since it was already paid for, he attempted to grab his food. The lady at the register then grabbed him and the food as another lady from the back came out with a bat. The food then flew out of their hands and went all over the floor. He ended up leaving, told me of the incident, and I drove there to ask for the food. When I arrived, I asked them for the food, in which they said was now in the trash. I asked them to make another order which they stated they no longer had the receipt for. I told them that if they were so concerned about their safety, they wouldn't have grabbed on him the way that they did. This incident will not go unsolved as I have contacted corporate and will be reaching out to the managers and their managers. This type of behavior is completely unprofessional and to deny someone service due to medical reasons is discrimination and I will be contacting a lawyer. They should both be fired for this and I will do everything in my power to see that it happens. Absolutely and completely unacceptable and these people should be ashamed of themselves for this erratic behavior.

0stars.Worst customer service ever!Food stations were dirty with old discolored food hanging around.Takes three people to make one sandwich.Employees can't stay on task, as they talk to each other rather than recognize a customer.Kept forgetting what they were doing, passing the sandwich off to others, even talking down on other employees, behind his back, in front of customers, because he was late. And then he shows up and they just tell him to step in and finish their sandwich they were already in the middle of making. Literally holding it in her hands and puts it down telling him to do it but instead he takes another customers order, leaving mine there unattended , only to expect another employee to come finish it. Well, she's mad and starts taking it out on my order.Poor handling of food!! As she almost drops it.Visited 4 subways before arriving here, only to finally give up all together.Noticed they all have old, rotten food..Don't worry, I won't be back!!!!So glad I left.Found a sandwich shop that is a lot better!!!#NOSubway

They took my money and didn’t serve me as what I wanted as my order. Ordered online and took my 30 dollars. They won’t pick up there phone also the manager does not pick up the phone it go’s to voicemail. This place needs to be closed

Very very bad customer service Lina the so called supervisor is belligerent rude and very unprofessional just distasteful.. very slow and to top it off I was racially discriminated against as well .. speaking Spanish to another customer cause she thought I cut the line now what kind of mess is that .. corporate needs to pull the cameras something needs to be done about Lina and her unprofessional attitude
