This place use to be organized but now it’s just not running efficiently. I understand if they are short staffed that they need to close the lobby, but it would be more efficient to allow mobile orders to pick up inside and not have to wait in drive thru for it. Because then the mobile 5-8 minute wait turns into 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru. The Starbucks on Kendall runs more smoothly and efficiently, I recommend going there.

Sad to say I give this starbucks more credit than they deserve, every time I get a coffee here out of convenience.its the only reason I end up in this drive-thru, the coffee taste like I made it at work can't say gas station cause the coffee there taste better heck tables turned the coffee at the gas station now taste like premium and this starbucks taste stale and can't even choose a specialty coffee cause doesn't matter which one they taste the same and when they finally almost taste like it would be from starbucks chain you get hit with cheap syrup after taste so you know they are not using the chain syrups all the time. If you drive down the street more there is another starbucks rarely do they mess up on a order but better than the consistency i've been getting here.

Was sitting outside because inside is closed and got attached by a homeless man. Very scary! Police arrested him. He was talking to himself and got violent. Thank you police dept.

I come here all the time more than I’d like to admit. The last few visits I have been dissatisfied but because it’s close I keep coming, until today today was the final straw. I ordered a grande drink in a venti cup. I always do this and don’t ever expect to get more than what I pay for but today the amount I received wouldn’t even be enough to fill a tall cup. I asked for ice and still it didn’t fill up . I inquired as to why I received so little and the gir just looked at me like I’m stupid but have no answer. $6 I coil have spent on something better than one sip of matcha

I usually go to Kendall Starbucks but since it's closed ? so I came here. My drink was made incorrectly and it was probably the least yummy drink I've ever had from Starbucks but I don't know if I can even blame the employees they seem under staffed and stressed while upper management sat and had some meetings feet away from chaos. I understand planning is needed but if you see your store struggling get up and help, your meetings can wait when your employees are obviously overwhelmed..Lead by example.

Waited over 40 mins for our drinks. All blended drinks were made 5 mins after ordering. Once we realized our drinks were getting watered down we asked to speak to a manager. She was very unapologetic pretty much told us we had a lot of drinks ahead of us we can either wait or give us a refund. So we asked for our refund and didn’t even refund our correct drinks. Worse Starbucks I have ever been too!

I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior at a Starbucks before, I live in LA, so that's saying a lot. We were a party of 4 meeting up with a party of 2 (they had arrived earlier and had their drinks already). There was one other couple waiting for their drinks and then 2 more people came in after us and ordered after we did. We ordered and went to sit with our friends. After about 15 mins my daughter went to the counter to see about the drinks but was told they weren't ready yet. After another 10 mins I walked over and was told the same (by this time the couple ahead of us as well as the two people after us had come and gone). About 10 mins after that an employee walked to our table to inform us that they would be closing in about 10 mins, at 7:40, so we should prepare to leave. Ummm, we hadn't even received our drinks yet??!! I asked the employee if we were going to be receiving the drinks before being forced to leave (with a sarcastic tone, I admit). She looked at me as if she had no idea what I was talking about, even though she had been at the counter both times we had inquired about the drinks, nodded her head and said "yeah" as she walked away. So, with about 5 mins left before they closed (btw, since when did Starbucks start closing at 7:40 pm??? 7:40?! I don't know of any retail or food establishment that closes at 20 mins to the hour!) my daughter noticed 3 new drinks on the counter but they hadn't announced any names so she went to check and what do you know... They were our drinks! No time to comfortably sit and enjoy the drinks while catching up with the friends we met there. We literally had to grab our drinks as we were ushered out the door. No apologetic words or actions from the employees. Not only that, we didn't even receive a "Enjoy your night!", "Good night!", "Thank you for your business!" or anything else! Just blank stares, smiles seem to be a completely alien concept to these employees, and a push at the door to ensure it closed securely behind us. I can say with a smile on MY face that I will never give up my business to this location again and have the manners to at least wish THEM a good day!

Personnel at that Starbucks is very very friendly, place is usually busy but they take care of everyone who shops there. They're respectful, friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Staff is always nice, but the lines are horrific and it takes 4EVER to get your drink. They must be understaffed like so many other businesses right now. With that said, I commend the staff for staying friendly even though they must be under a lot of pressure.

This Starbucks seems to need more staff. 30 mins to get my drink after ordering. I've used the app pick up. But they had the inside closed with a sign we can pick up in drive thru. The line was horribly long. 50 mins to get my drink. It was cold.
