I came at 8:50pm to buy my drinks (I ordered 10 drinks) got home and realized one of them was wrong, came back although it says they close at 10pm they closed at 9pm refuse to even try and figure out why I was there told them through the door that it’s wrong they just looked at me and ignored me all of them just stared and me with the drinks as I told them through the door it was wrong and they just shrugged at me. If I could leave no stars I would. It’s not the first time they get my order wrong.
Went to this Starbucks to get a gift card for my wife since it’s Valentine’s Day. Apparently they had a sign that I didn’t see that it said only drive-through orders. The reason why I went in was because I drive a big cargo van and my van did not fit in a drive-through . The lady in the front said i’m sorry we are not taking orders only mobile pick ups I tried explaining to her but I just wanted a gift card for my wife she said you have to go through the drive-through ? For a gift card ????tried explaining to her that my van was too big for the drive-through all she could say was sorry I can’t help you. What kind of stupid customer service Are they offering?? But yet they had the registers for the drive-through working fine Bunch of racist white people working in this store. Maybe because I’m Mexican they did not want to help me . Never in my life will I spend another dollar at any Starbucks
The drinks are ALWAYS half melted when I receive them! You ask for extra caramel or extra anything & they don't give you any. They literally have one job & can't even get it right. AMAZING!!!?
Great star bucks service. The only issue is the drive thru line was not well planned and can cause a back up onto the street. I would take the entrance to the parking lot on waterman and avoid 40th street.
Went because they “closed” at 10. When to the drive through and saw it was closed, when to the front door and it said only drive through ,checked inside and someone was still in there supposed to be working. Wack
Got charged for my double shot, but didn't recieve it. They argued that they did give it to me, but I saw them make it. Wife asked for cream and sugar on the side. They put a small amount in her coffee and didn't leave room for adding more. Terrible service.
Went to place ana order inside and some lady just jumps in from of me and decides to place her order and the cashier did not say anything. They dont even have a spot for a line qew to start. Plus this Starbucks hasnt been the best at keeping orders out for the guests. I once waited 20min for a drink only to find out someone just took it because they wanted it. I had ask them wheres my drink and they straight up said they gave it to someone just because he wanted it. They never called my name to say it was ready.Wont come back to this one again.
The staff including the opening manager were EXCEPTIONAL. I'm not a coffee person, but they helped me find a nice gift for my wife. Thank you for your kindness and help
The dive thru takes forever and they always give me someone else's order just cuz we have the same name but my name is spelled different so I feel bad that I got someone's order and then I have to go back to get mine. They need to redesign the drive-through and get more employees.
