It is 5/27/2022, 9:21 pm. They close at 9:30 according to the website. They got my order wrong earlier. They closed their drive thru and would not hear me out through the window. Rude, of course, not helpful, of course, lazy, more than likely. If I were the manager, I would fire all three. Without saying it, I’ll say it. Starbucks has become a garbage company.

As far as Starbucks itself goes, it's great. -2 star for this place specifically is due to the incredibly difficult parking lot to navigate through.
Usually I get excellent service, however, today that was not the case. From a snarky person taking my order, the store being out of matcha for my drink and the manager trying to baffle me with a line of b.s. they completely failed. Telling someone to "use the app" because they are out of product is not good customer service. Telling someone not to bother going to another store when one is out of something really isn't great service either. I don't mind long lines, but long lines that lead to only disappointment tend to encourage me to take my business elsewhere.

Nice customer service only con is that the outside was super dirty.
Been two different Starbucks and I didn't get coffe I got flavored hot water. ?
Starbucks is usually very good. But they are out of their products due to what's going on with our shipments. Don't be upset if they don't have it.
