I was visiting the area for a work appointment. Nice security guy outside — told me the lobby won’t open until 6-6:30am; at 4:30am, only the walk-up window and drive thru are open. I appreciate the heads up.
I ordered a pup cup and everything was a desired. We also ordered drinks and had a hard time clearly conveying our order to the person. We all got confused.Our refreshers ended up being sickeningly Kool-Aid max strength sweet. We watered them down by a degree of 4 to get the sweetness to a tolerable level. I recommend the kiwi star fruit whatever as a chase or water sweetener but definitely not as it’s own drink.The lines here are stupid because it’s such a busy intersection. It’s hard to get in and out.At the same time, our person was very nice and multiple people wished me happy birthday when I got my birthday drink here, so overall a good Starbucks.
I just went there to buy a bunch of gift cards for others. But they were very fast and helpful to keep them separated by denomination.They did a great job.

I am giving it a 3 start and all the credit should be going to Cynthia I hope i spelled her name right. Last week I went to get a hot chocolate with my daughter and for me a latte with no milk but heavy cream instead, pulled up to the window and paid and saw the barista making my drink with milk, when given to me I asked the cashier if it contained milk and she said yes and I told her I asked not to be put on there but heavy cream instead and she said heavy cream is milk and I get it but it actually isn’t milk, so then I told her it actually wasn’t and I want to make everyone know I wasn’t being rude I kept my cool and she then said ok then yea there’s no milk , I took it and left , but something in me said to call and complain Cynthia answered and apologize for the inconvenience and was gladly happy to fix the issue and upgrade my drink for the next time I visited with no hesitation, great service from her not so much for the cashier.
I do not like giving a bad review about anyplace, the only time I would allow myself to is for the following reasons: Customer service was rude and not helpful 2) The two hot coffees we ordered were only a "small"however the cups were literally only filled about 1/4 of the way up. And lastly, in trying to simply order one iced vanilla latte they ended up charging us for 2 iced coffees which means there was a misunderstanding and we had no time to argue/explain the issue plus no one offered to confirm the order ☹? ??
My daughter loves their iced chocolate milk which she calls it an iced chocolate mocha and always adds whipped cream it makes her day since she is three and can't have coffee.
Parking lot is horrible, so busy, and the way they say your name and set the drink down all close together and don't even have visible names on them. Very noisy inside. Workers were all rude.
Had a mobile order to go and yet they asked us 3 different times at the window about what we ordered. How hard is it to get a hot apple cider and a blueberry muffin done? Seriously, one of the slowest Starbucks we have ever been to.
Starbucks is way overpriced. It's funny they did a survey couple years back times square they had McDonald's Dunkin' donuts Starbucks and another brand I don't remember who it was funny thing is is McDonald's got a higher pole than all of them put together. It's crazy how all the people will continuously go to Starbucks because they want to look famous look rich I don't know I don't like McDonald's nor am I giving them a shot out but I will say this you can save more money and get a better cup of coffee at McDonald's then you will at Starbucks unless you want all this fancy stuff and you want to spend $15 for a cup of coffee thumbs up to you.
