I ordered Star Crab for dinner tonight and I’m super disappointed. I ordered half a pound of everything on their menu including corn and potatoes. When I opened the bag there was barely any type of sauce in the bag. There was not even enough to coat the rice I put the seafood on. And then I ordered clams and I have a bag with only the shell inside. So basically I spent 60 dollars on dry seafood broil with empty shells.

Terrible service. We did arrive and got sat in about 10 minutes. However, manager Christine was very unprofessional and rude. I have came here several times before and have experienced great service! This past time with Christine was probably one of the worst experience I had at Star crab. We ordered our food and waited over 1 hour. I love the food and have enjoyed service in the past but this recent experience was unacceptable and I had to write a review. We decided to leave and cancel our order due to this. I hope it was just a bad day for this “manager” but I hope others do not get this same experience!

I got a half pound of shrimp, crawfish, and green mussels, all of it looked frozen, a half pound of shrimp was 8 tiny pieces of shrimp?? There was only 7 green mussles with such little meat, and barely any seasoning

Food was delicious and the service was great. Several people asked if we needed refills or anything else. The signs say to please be patient, as they are experiencing staffing shortage. However, once we were seated, the service was prompt and the food was hot and served in a reasonable time. They are only seating the number of tables that they can manage. Will definitely go back!

got there at around 8:pm with two friends both of whom have mobility issues. there were two people ahead of us and were seated promptly and when the host asked us how many people were in our group and I told him, three two with mobility challenges and was told the wait time was an hour?????????that is definitely fishy! pun intended!!

Very short staffed, and the food just didn't have enough flavor. I've been to a lot of these Asian seafood boil places on the east coast and while I believe you should boil your seafood in seasoning then add your sauces if you choose...this wasn't a memory maker.

I’ve had craw fish boils and this one taste like they used packets of noodles season to season the shrimp and craw fish boil. It’s really salty like a soup they charged me 8.50 for four pieces of what looked like burned Texas toast… was not bad but I’m not coming here again

The food was awesome, they were short staffed but efficient and friendly. My first time there didn't know what to expect. Even though I told them it was my first time, they should of explained the process before I had asked.

Our wait time for 2adults and 2kids was about 45min it was okay because I understand the short staffing issues. If there was any actually. But if you sit a party down. Don't have them wait longer even to order drinks. They placed orders for 6 party's that got there after us.
