We're always happy with our sushi!! This Bahama Mama was a little sweet in my opinion, but still good. The rolls always come out super fast. And you can put in or take out whatever you want in your rolls. The sushi bar guys are really nice!
This is an excellent sushi spot. Always fresh, excellent service and courteous Richard, the manager is an excellent person. Very friendly. Always willing to help and he's really good to his stuff. If you're looking for a good sushi place, always clean and always fresh. This is a place not to mention the food taste. Excellent
We use to come here all the time about a year ago. We came so much it was getting too expensive. But today was a bad experience. The food was no where near as good as it use to be. My girlfriend ordered Ramen and it seemed liked they forgot about it and the waitress didn't even check on it. If it wasn't for a few other employees we probably would have never got it. I compliment those two employees but the rest was not worth it and probably won't be back unfortunately.
Food is decent Japanese food but the staff is horrendous or at least the staff that answers the phone. The conversation started off nicely but then you could hear the attitude in the voice starting to creep in. This was very off-putting as customers should not have to deal with any attitude whatsoever. Oh and for those who are reading this and are wondering what did you do to get that attitude? Well let's see, I was placing an order over the phone but had decided to walk in and order in person instead since I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone. That decision sparked the subtle change in attitude from this employee.
The food was amazing! However, I didn't like the fact that they automatically add an 18% tip to your bill without prior notification. Good thing I had the money. Other places charge this with parties of 8 or more. We were 4 adults and 2 kids who didn't even eat. Tipping should be optional and customer should decide how much not them.
Worst experience ever !! We waited for over an hour and a half for our food and when we finally got it, one plate was cold, and they had gave us the wrong plate. We ended up cancelling that plate as they had took so long the previous time to cook it. Not only that but while we were waiting there was a possum right next to our table. Not something you’d want to see when you’re trying eat.
Made our whole family of 13 wait over an hour. When we told the hostess that we would dine in the hostess said that they would give us a table that was ready. When the manager came and gave the table to another party. When I mention it to her , She said that she couldn’t do anything about it. No apology or nothing. Their customer service it’s just not there. I do not recommend this place at all. If I can leave no stars I would.
If you love sushi, this is the place to come too!! I recommend the mamasita roll and the stuffed jalapeno. The sushi here is never a super long wait. They are fast. The only con is the steak side because there is always a long wait.
great service,cooks were fast and put on a better show than bennihanas in my opinion food is comparable drinks are great..pricey but worth it..look to spend at least 200 with a party of four who like to a few stiff drinks
Jotan was an awesome chef who delivered quality flavorful food, great entertainment and comedy! We will be back.
