Rally's burgers in the city of San Bernardino was very good. I went on Monday, Memorial day and it was empty needless to say. Our food came out fast, hot and fresh. Kenya was friendly and gave good customer service. The lobby was clean and relaxing ?. I ordered the double cheese burger ? with onions ? lettuce and tomatoes ? ?. The fries were good as well. The double swirl ice cream in Rally's red and white colors?is a must try. My granddaughters enjoyed her chicken nuggets and fries as well.
We get out of a crazy day at the hospital down the road Starving. I confirmed my order 4 times! And they still managed to mess it up and forget items like seriously?Definitely trying a different location next time.
World's hardest and dry chicken sandwich! Make sure ask if the food is fresh...
Pretty new to the IE but I'm sure Rally's will keep up out here. Good quality food with out the long, slow, drive through lines. Not to mention the customer service is A1 ?
Fast service, prices have gone up from a few years ago, drive through wasn't as easy to navigate with a wider vehicle. Burger was decent, fries were also decent.
Always go here and normally great service and speed but management has to step up. 3 times I went they were out of ketchup, I've had to wait for food on the parking lot and there weren't even that many customers plus they don't tell you ahead of time they take your payment and tell you afterwards this is something that they should say when you're ordering. I waited 15 minutes for my food and only 4 customers total. The food is good but they have to get better for sure. If I wanted to wait for food I would've gone tsomewhere else and sit down inside this is supposed to be fast food. Then the guy comes out gives me my food and no condiments at all I got tenders and fries I need condiments just like almost everyone else. These young people don't think outside the box

Discrimination that's all I can say. I guess you would prefer to have inexperienced staff who don't know what they are doing then experienced staff who have worked in the industry for many years.
Really liked their special $4.00 menu! Lots of good food & a drink too!!
This was my first time eating at Rally’s and I ended up throwing it away Never again! Rude staff and cold food. Look at the drive thru when driving by always empty and now I know why! How is that place even open better off going to McDonald’s across the street
