Best service ever great food all manager so nice..love that place

New update5/4/2022I made a mistake about getting an order, an Uber Eats order from this Popeyes again, and just like the first time nothing is ready. I'm going to have to wait 20 minutes to get this ready. Never again. Don't come to this Popeyes.Attention attention attentionAttention all gig delivery drivers stay away from this location, they lock the door and they have you go to the drive-through and it takes a long time to pick up your orders.I usually have a little patience for fast food restaurant because I work for one in addition to being a delivery driver for the gig platforms but this joint's really making me mad that it took them so long to have one simple order ready. I'm not taking another order from this place ever.

I ordered food from the drive thru, came home and there was an entree missing. My daughter was missing her order. I called the restaurant and there was no answer repeatedly. My daughter was looking forward to her meal all day, so I had to use door dash, paying again plus more. When you have a kid who is sick and that’s all they want and to come home and they have no food, it is just unacceptable. I will never come back to the San Bernardino location on Redlands blvd

Earlier this week I placed an order online for pickup at the Popeyes on Redlands Blvd in San Bernardino. This is how my visit went:the manager was so busy berating and otherwise harrassing his employees that the line got backed up. the app said my order was ready so i walked in just to see someone getting yelled at. i was asked to wait for my order, meaning i sat there while they made my order as if i had walked in instead of ordering online with Postmates. i had to sit there and listen to this tirade for 15 minutes, making my total wait for my food over 30minutes. i don't care if he was speaking to the worst employee ever hired, no one deserves that and i especially dont deserve to hear the manager treat people thay way. that manager should be fired. when he noticed i was watching him harass his employees, he quickly removed his name tag, told his employees to get back to work and stormed off into the back where i could not see him.

02/10/21 around 8:45 pm ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and there chicken nuggets but ended up getting just bread with pickles? the chicken was literally not even half the size of the bread and it was so thin and crunchy like they dumped it in the oil 3 times. The “chicken nuggets” were nothing but breading and can literally taste the oil!!? never coming back and if you order food through DoorDash or Uber and you see it’s coming from that specific place I suggest you cancel because you will not be satisfied with what you get.

It was awesome food was fresh and hot. The drive thru line was long but the lobby was more get it and go friendly. The prices were reasonable.

The food is sooooooooo disgusting ? the chicken nuggets taste like flour and fake chicken ? and was cold especially when I asked "is it hot and fresh?" Replied yes and what happened the fries ? was cold so they made me pull over anf wait she comes out fries are hot but the nuggets cold. The Mgr.had an attitude like if I asked her to pay for it!!! $8.99 wasted on dog ? food!!!

Well the same young man has been at the drive thru window each time I have came and is very polite and efficient as well as he remembers me each time. The last time I went I was having a hard time my sugar was extremely low and was having an asma attack. He noticed right away that I was not doing good and offered to assist an wanted to call 911 for me. I told him I needed to eat and I would start to feel better but I could see the concern in his face. Anyways he got me my food and drink quickly ? and I pulled into a stall and got my grub on. I started feeling better and was back on my way. Anytime I'm in town I have to stop at Popeyes

This is by far the worst pop eyes establishment I have ever been too. The manager Ben should be fired immediately, if how he treated me tonight is a reflection of how he treats any other customer the company as a whole is about to loose a lot more customers. Me nor anyone in my household will be eating Popeyes again. That's how disrespected I was. To the owner of this franchise; mam/sir, I have been coming to this Popeyes for nearly 10 years and by no means have you or the previous owners (if any) ever hired a winning staff to say the least and to say the most.... your staff has always been outshined by every other fast food chain along Redlands Blvd here and I say all that to say, you have the worst staff I have encountered in the past 8 or so years of patronage to your establishment. I wish you the best and highly recommend you can manager Ben as soon as possible.Kindest regards,Forever lost customer

The line was quite long but the service time was exceptional. Young lady taking the order was SO easy to understand, that too is exceptional in this day and age. Young man handling the money was very friendly. We had to pull around to wait for order since I got blackened chicken-yummy. Everyone apologized for the wait but it wasn't at all bad. Loved the service. Loved the food!
