I came around 1:20 today and the chicken was fresh and they had my order ready quickly. Really tasty chicken and the beans were tasty too.I got the 20 piece family meal and an extra family sideI spent $90 total with drinks for 5 people and we ate well.
I travel a lot of miles to eat there. Invited someone from another country. Was happy for the flavor and the customer service we got. Keep it up.
Overall this is the pollo campero in the US were i've got the best service. The food was great, and unlike my bad experience at the pollo camperos in the Washington area, the staff was nice and helpful at this one. Considering today's inflation the prices werent bad. The wait for the food was a little long, but it is understandable as they were busy. The reason for the 4 stars was that there was a musty smell as you entered the store that it got worse as you got closer to the restrooms. Probably a ventilation issue. It also seemed like they were understaffed, because as we tried to grab a table none of the ones available were clean. It wasnt long before the lady in charge of if cleaned one for us, but it was obvious she was very busy.
This location is very consistent, same flavours all the time and good service.I always enjoy the chicken and is must when I am visiting from Canada. Thank you for the good memories and great taste.#chicosreviews76
First, this is NOT another Pollo Loco knock-off. It's from Guatemala. And you need to go try it once. The chicken is excellent, and the sides are from Guatemalan culture. Yucca root fries are really good, corn based salsa/salad, and a few others. I have to take off a few stars because it's expensive for a fast food place. 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides is over $9. I still like it, though. Just won't be my most frequent spot.
Delicious Chicken in original recipe. The restaurant itself is lacking. There are no trash bins inside nor outside so it was very messy. Needs better management.

Favorite place when we are in the area!!!Best fried chicken EVER, the breasts are worth the extra $1. We came back same day for curbside, and our food was probably ready for 20 mins just sitting on shelf while we waited outside. FYI curbside option in app probably doesn't work for them or they forgot about our order. We had to go inside and it was just sitting on shelf for olo pickup that was only reason for 4 stars.
Every time I come here food is fresh. The portions are very decent and tastes great. Their Mango drink is really good.
Not a huge fan, but I was impressed by the decent prices for the food. The quality is not bad for what you pay for. Very polite staff. The service is quick too, which I always appreciate.
