Came here for lunch on 5/9. Not at the end of lunch, but the beginning of lunch... 11:00 am. Ordered a lunch special with the personal pizza. They were out of pizza. A pizza place, with no pizza. So I opted for the chicken Caesar salad. Brown, wilty lettuce and a few pieces of prefab chicken, and the nastiest Caesar dressing I have ever tasted. Not a good experience by any means.
Service is extremely slow. Called after waiting 10 minutes at the bar as no employee was present anywhere. Also went 3 days in a row in the evening, and there was no one available to serve any kind of alcohol. It's a place with a lot of potential...but it needs better management.
Looks like a nice restaurant and bar, probably worth going to, but don’t do pickup. It took 10 minutes waiting at the front counter before someone could help me with my pickup order that had already been waiting for me. No motivation by the cashier.
Sad really wanted to like this spot!Unfortunately their pizza is just way tooooooo greasy.It's like eating a cup of oil in each piece you grab.We got a bunch of pizzas and all of them were saturated in oil.All the pies were so oily it felt like they were dipped in a bucket of grease.Made the dough feel like it was under done.It wasn't pleasant at all and they weren't cheap either.Overall a bad choice for pizza!
Me and my friend went for dinner and the experience was okay for dine in. It was our first time actually eating inside so we thought to try it out. The atmosphere is like a brighter Buffalo Wild Wings with multiple TV playing sports and movies. We sat at a booth were the seating was a little dirty but dusted the crumbs off with my hands, the table itself was clean but still a little crumbs. The surrounding booths were dirty along with the seating and the entire time we waited for our food no one came to clean them or the floor that had food. A family sitting two tables from us had left 20 minutes before our food came and no one cleaned that table either even when we were leaving. We order A BBQ chicken pizza garlic bread (4) and a pepperoni pizza. Took maybe what felt like 40 minutes. They chef who I assume cooked our pizzas was actually the only good experience we had. He checked on us when he brought our food and asked if we needed anything (the only person who checked on us). The food itself was really good. All in all, not a bad experience it just wasn't as clean as it could be with all the staff I seen and how it was only my friend, that small family, and me in there.
The staff at store at 2999 Kendall has been less than welcoming and refused to serve my family for no valid reason. I will post how disappointing this location, most likely highest earning location, is and has been. I feel this location is ran by teens who know nothing about customer service. I have reached out to Mayra, area manager, but have not heard back. The lines are always long and only one person mans the registers. No one there smiles and they make you feel like every request is encumbering.
Service is 10/10 very good costumer serviceFood 10/10 fresh and hotDon't worry about how much do you gonna spend ,the thing is be there and enjoy a good time with your family...
Don't go here food horrible a hit & miss depending on the cook . Every time I call to get pizza delivered to my home address and I live 5 min away they say 3 hours EVERY TIME! CORPORATE WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITH THAT!!!! These CLOWN'S here are LAZY!!!!! If you can't treat this COMMUNITY AND CUSTOMERS WITH DECENT & TIMELY SERVICE!!! MOVE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
Good food when you get them to serve you. Had a hard time ordering drinks. The bar tender was making pizza while the other employees had the headphones on and on their phone.
I have always loved Pizza Hut. Especially thin n crispy. Unfortunately lately your thin n crispy is foldable like a tortilla and not even first slice is finished. Last time I had a real thin n crispy from yall was about 2 1/2 years ago. Whoever you have putting them in the oven needs help or something. Still love pizza hut but hoping one day I order a thin n crispy I get a thin n crispy pizza and not a foldable pizza. Still a fan though! Go PIZZA HUT❤?
