Associates did not honor the curbside delivery at all... I thought I was being courteous when I went inside to pay when clearly the app states differently. I continued to wait for my order as it turned out it was sitting in a warmer....which of course I find out after going inside to retrieve the order. Honestly just really disappointed in the lack of consideration for the customer. Change the options or honor them, it's very simple...or so I had hoped. Made it worth the extra time wasted to send this into the Pizza Hut customer dissatisfaction void.
Hand tossed pizza was horrible. If there was sauce, we could not taste it or see it. The crust was hard. I called to complain and was put on hold. I waited but finally hung up. To be honest, they usually do a good job. I'm still very disappointed.
We had movie night and my favorite pizza had to complete the night.When I went to pick up my pizza it was not ready yet, But I was ok with it,because that means that it was fresh and I prefer to wait a bit then to get a cold pizza.I just wish they bring the chili flakes back,No need for me to purchase a Bottle, only becauseI only use maybe 3 packages of flakes.
Pizza still fresh and hot. The time it took to make and deliver the order was very fast. Toppings were evenly spread about. Pasta was hot and fresh. Just a really great order. Delivery driver was polite.
All 3 pizzas that were order were severely over cooked and lacking sauce. It was really disappointing. The cheese bread and the Alfredo pasta was fine. But, overall the experience was just sad.
I'm so disappointed! I order from this pizza hut all the time online from my pizza hut account and I placed my order minutes before closing time. They claimed they called me and couldn't get ahold of me and they canceled my order because I was a "new customer" and they needed to verify who I was and the order. If it was too late to place an order than just say that It was cutting to close to closing time to make a delivery run. I don't understand why the lie had to of been told. JUST PATHETIC! I can take accountability for placing an order that late to closing but, the lie didn't have to be told. NEVER HAVE I HEARD YOU HAD TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY FOR A PIZZA!
I have been a customer over two year never had any complaints until 01/03/2022 we order a dinner box on the app: two medium pizzas, cheese bread sticks & Lemon pepper wings. We where called to let us know it would be an 1-2 hours which I’m pretty patient person. When we had our driver delivered our pizza after checking our order we noticed our wings were missing we called to let them know and instead of tell us it’s was an honest mistake, they blame us saying they ran out if dinner boxes as like it was my fault they couldn't tell us that when they called, they told me my wings would be delivered because it was left at the store, hours went by NOTHING was delivered. I was nice enough to tip the driver paid over $49 just to get ripped off, if we order items & we pay for them we deserve to get those items. Make sure you check your order before the driver leaves, I trusted them without even thinking twice they would do this! I will never order from this place again…I called the very next day the line never rang I will never buy pizza here again!

It was delivered quickly and she was very nice. The cinnamon rolls were perfect as were the bread sticks. Both thin crust pizzas were over done. The pizza was not up to the cost.
Great I loved the driver and appreciate all they do for us. The Seniors in our community love having a pizza party. the small things in life for them to enjoy.
