My order was all supposed to be pan and only one was not very happy after paying 38 $ for 2 pizzas
Delivery took 2 hours and I live about 10-15mins away from the store. By the time I got the pizza I didn’t even want it and it was cold..very disappointing
I never received my order no one ever came to my window to my door I never got no pizza called over and over and over again to the Mount Vernon store and they kept saying that it was on its way but it never got here
There was a system issue with my order, I ordered a medium ham and pineapple pizza and received a cheese pizza instead. I was kind of disappointed but the cheese pizza was delicious, so I forgive you guys. Thank you.
Arrive on time, give partial refund if order is past the expected delivery time or make fresh order and bring it back.
Faster delivery and make sure the food gets to its destination hot.
The young lady that answered the phone, though the place sounded crazy-busy, was very patient with me and kind and more importantly honest. It was an hour wait because it was the weekend, but the driver still came before an hour. Also knocked per my request. OMG. THIS PIZZA I ORDERED WAS THE BEST. WE HAVE ALWAYS LOVED PIZZA HUT BUT LATELY WE STARTED TO ASK FOR LIGHT SAUCE AND THEN WE ORDERED A THIN CRUST AND FELL FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER THOUGHT WE WOULD. THE TASTE AND THE THINNESS OF THE CRISPY CRUST WAS THE PERFECT PIZZA FOR US. MADE IT THE MEAT LOVERS AND THAT IS ALL IT TOOK.???????

I like that when I put extra cheese it actually looks like it has extra cheese? & the garlic crust was soft/crunchy good.thank you.
