Four of us thoroughly enjoyed the Panera Bread on Hospitality Lane, for ongoing daily breakfasts visits last week. The employees there are very friendly, professional and attentive. Daisy and Ryan were exceptional to ensure that our breakfast orders were accurate. The quality of the food was excellent. Panera was our favorite breakfast place while visiting Southern California.
Just FYI,You’re delivery services were the worst. I placed this order 2 days prior and you had food delivered 1 hour late. I ordered drinks. I requested cups for drinks. You provided no cups for drinks. I will never use your location again. I will be leaving a note about your services. I received a call 20 minutes to delivery time to let me know that food would be late because you received a $5k order. Not my problem. Clearly my $780.69 order was not important enough. I did an order on line and picked it up in the store. It was ready right on time. As I pulled into the parking space I got the notification it was ready. Perfect timing.Food wise, I ordered the four cheese egg souffle and it was ok, actually seemed larger than when I used to get it. It was a little over done for my preference but that's just me. I think it would have been a bit better if I had added salt and pepper.I also got a loaf of the sourdough bread and had them slice it thin. This was where I was a bit disappointed. The inside of the bread was very soft and had great flavor but the crust was harder than usual and the hardness went towards the center of the bread.I would definitely order both items again.
Too expensive. Good ain’t good enough for the price.
What can I tell Panera lovers out there? Plenty!This location has very bad customer service and product training....So last Thursday we ordered bread bowls... two of them and got bowls with bread...Friday gave this Panera location another chance again same thing Bowls with bread..So Monday a third time! Finally got bread bowls but they didn't put my large Mac n Cheese!Ok first time shame on you, second time shame on me! A third!! That's never going back to you ever...For the price of the Mac n Cheese I happily give a one star!Diners beware stop and take out your Rapid Pick Up order because I guarantee you it will be wrong if youdo not take each item out and double check...do not give that Panera worker whose rolling their eyes at you a second thought that ur double checking because if you don't you would have been cheated on a $9.69 large Mac n Cheese which you will have to come down to them to get a refund!I should have read the reviews for this location 1.5 stars is too good for this Rialto Panera... That's a 0.5 star too many.Customer service, was a dying art before COVID as it was now its just down right non-existent.Do not waste your money here.
Worst customer service ever experience! One time they left a piece of paper inside my husband’s sandwich. In another occasion he went to pick up his lunch and it was missing he had to wait for them to re-do and wasted most of his lunch break doing so. Lastly, I ordered through their app , I tracked my delivery read it was delivered but I never received it I called them up and said it wasn’t THEIR PROBLEM to Google Doordash customer service number and talk to them (mind you I placed order on a Panera App NOT Doordash) it’s just unbelievable how incapable staff they have. I’ll be understanding if it would of happened once but it’s mistakes after mistakes and the way they treat you and take care of things is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
I always enjoy Panera, but this location has to be my favorite. Great food and service!Hats off to Daisy... she has wonderful customer service skills and made me feel at home.
Quick ordering kiosk. Need to grab lunch, this is the place.
My mom and I go here for lunch and sometimes breakfast. I personally think their lunch is better. Their cream cheese for the bagels isn't worth the money.
This Panera bread is in a better area of San bernardino so to speak its where all the restaurants are at, outside patio and nice in the inside , it's not always busy in the inside accept for the drive thru , but pretty much you don't have to wait long for your food, just double check you bag to make sure everything is in there twice we had to come back because they forgot something in our bag.
