after 25 yrs.. i moved away.. havnt had a burrito as bomb as here
today i when thru the drive thru and just to charge me it took them 10 min and another 5 min to give me my food not just that i paid almost $50 and my 2 large carne asada fries had no cheese at all so i called so when they answer diana the manager put me on hold for 7 min so i hang up and called again n once i was in the middle of explaining my food had no cheese diana hangs up on me so what typeof customer service is amapola having now these days honestly this is the first time i have issue in this restaurant never had no complain my family and i been a long time customers my aunt victoria is well friends with carolina and the owners hopefully something gets done
I had 2 carne asada taco's and they were Delicious
596 N Mt Vernon Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92411 location on 07/14/2020 at 11 am I ordered my food which was prepared wrong. I had asked for no cilantro on a burrito and it was put on anyway when I pointed it out the cashier was rude and said I didn't ask for it like that, even though she was the one to repeat my order. When she told the cook she decided to yell in Spanish which she thought I din't know since I look white but im actually mexican. " Porque no dijo que lo queria asi? And whispered pendejo". They also messed up my other 2 items.
This is like one of the taco stands you might see on the street, but it's a restaurant. The menu is on their website. We went there because they were nominated for Small Business of the Year in Assembly District 47. The food is authentic Mexican style, and you get an ample serving for the price.
