Recently went here and the SERVICE WAS AWFUL !It took 40 minutes for our first order to come out and the food was disgusting seriously spend your money somewhere else . Then I got tired of waiting to place my second order so I told my boyfriend let’s just pay for what we got and leave instead of doing all you can eat .I was told “you have to flag us down if you want something we’re busy” like I get that but the table next to us was getting full service while we were treated like dust. The waitresses need to check on us every 105-20 minutes it’s not a huge place anyways ! Then the waitress still charged us 60 bucks even though we had one round she tried to be sneaky but I caught it and demanded a refund which they agreed to but this was one of the worst “restaurant “ experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a good sushi all you can eat place go to SUSHI TRAIN . Worth the wait ,the servers are nice, and the food is delicious!
Food quality is always five stars, but every time we eat- there is always something wrong with the service. Today we ordered chicken nuggets for my son but it took atleast 40 minutes to get the food and after a total of 3 times asking for the nuggets we finally received them. The nuggets were delicious but we all finished eating and received additional food that was ordered way after ordering the nuggets. I really hope they figure out the customer service aspect of the experience. Once again this is some of the best sushi in the inland empire. Thanks
The exterior doesn’t look so nice but we are in San Bernardino. The interior seems ok but it’s quite cramped. The food is good, and the service is fast, but their English is limited. I would definitely come again if I were in the area. I think the lunch all you can eat is $27 now. It’s mostly sushi rolls. Parking in rear. No street parking without a permit unfortunately. They are quite popular.
We had a party of 8, it was pretty busy when we arrived we signed in and they gave us a wait time of 30 minutes but it only took 15-20 minutes. We had all you can eat option. Everything on the AYCE menu is delicious ?! They seemed pretty swamped attending to all the costumers but kept up with all our needs. Our waters were empty a few times but can't complain because as soon as we requested refills they filled them promptly! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! If you want the best service visit them on their slowest times, but any time is a great time to eat their sushi! ?
Me and my friend were stuck in this area all day and ended up here around 1pm on a Tuesday. I was worried because a lot of the rolls seemed expensive for just 8 pieces. But when the food came out the rolls were 3x bigger than we expected and I wasn't worried about the price anymore.We ordered 4 rolls total and loved all of them. If I'm ever in San Bernardino again, I'd go out of my way to return here and order the Miami roll, it was my favorite! I may even try the all you can eat, that seemed like a great way to try more rolls. The staff was super attentive too and we really didn't have issues with anything.
The sushi here is really really good. Service is also very good. They do have an all you can eat option which runs about $32.00 bucks a pop. The place is in a not so great neighborhood, so if you're not from the area I suggest you go during the day. But don't let that stop you. Their Google rating is great and it's not by accident, trust me.
It's just ok. The service was ok. The food was.... Hmm ok... Not really impressed. I can tell the fish wasn't super fresh... But it was just ok. For the price of almost $30 a person for all you can eat, I would expect it to be much better!
This is my only GOTO spot for sushi in the I.E.! Great customer service, fresh awesome sushi. They made my mom have a wonderful birthday dinner! You won't be disappointed!
I really really liked this restaurants food. Honestly my only issue is that the place is so popular it was PACKED. Our table was so close to the neighboring table we could've all shared. A bit too close for me. But the food was delicious. I highly recommend the lunch/dinner box menu for a great value. AYCE price was 31.99
The BEST sushi! Anyone celebrating your bday there is in for a fun silly treat too. Loved it all.
