This has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The service is horrible. Waited 35 minutes to order without any acknowledgment finally had to ask for a manager. Nobody was working in the front counter taking orders they were only doing phone orders. I was told by the store manager if I wanted to order I had to order through the phone app. Guy in front of me waited 40 minutes for a coffee. Would never come back to this one ever again. store manager has no control over her employees.
I will never go to this McDonald's again .McDonald's is known for not having the best customer service but jeez this locations the worst .And I have given this location multiple chances and everytime I am disappointed with everything from the workers to the food to the cleanliness. Today was my last time even trying to go to this location
The service was horrible. The people at the window had no idea what there doing. When I asked about something the response was they didn't know the menu because they are not out there. My food was just thrown in the bag my food wasn't rapped right and my hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag. They didn't give me what I order correctly I was missing food I will never go to that McDonald's store again.
This McDonald's is the best my food is always fresh and hot and the customer service is excellent over the past 10 years
There was this new young worker who seemed very stressed out by her Co workers. They were rude and very unprofessional. They spoke to her as if she should know it all and yelled at her to get things herself when asked for help. I couldn't believe the manager allowed this behavior who ever she was on this day of 4/5/22. 1pm.
Slow AF service..no greeting.. the restrooms were out of service..and after waiting in line to order my food I was re directed to use the kiosk ..worst fast food experience ever..one star is generous..probably Half a star is more accurate
Not as I remember Micky D's, I remember real-life people taking my order and jacking it up
It took the cashier, who might have been a manager, forever to take my order. They were more concerned about their kiosk that they ignored a customer who came in while I was waiting. She did apologize to me for taking so long to get my order. But the fact that they ignored the other customer and caused him to leave upset. They didn't even realize it. I was sad for him. Cause I was Hella hungry, and imagine he was also. It was breakfast time lol
Worst EVER! HAve the bathrooms closed still after two years of the SCAMDEMIC. Mask mandates have been lifted, the bathrooms are closed because they are too lazy to clean them. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Disrespectful, and Pathetic
Terrible customer service in the drive through. The lady took one persons order while I was at the other window she completely skipped me and served a second person to the other side. Her excuse was they are understaffed. So being under staffed is the reason you failed to check the other side? BS
