I wouldn't send my worst enemies to this Location!!!!!! The front counter girl working there, should be retrained and taken off the front counter, her attitude was horrible horrible horrible! She didn't know how to use the McDonald's App and she wouldn't let me show her how to use the McDonald's App. I asked to speak to the Manager and she wouldn't go get the Manager, instead, she told me to Step Aside, and started trying to help another customer. I seen the Manager and ask to please speak with her. She told me, she told me she was about to get a bag to put my hash brown in I had already pre-ordered and paid for it through my phone her hands was all over my hash brown while she went through the store looking for a bag to put my hash brown in. I didn't want that one so I bought another one and the same thing occurred there were no bags at the window where they hash browns were so they were putting their hands on the part that you would have to eat. I took both hash browns put them in the car and brought them back the next day to another manager who could barely speak English and told me to wait until he looked at the receipt to give me a full refund he didn't give me a full refund instead he didn't pay me for the tax he only paid me for what the food actually cost before the taxes I didn't say anything I just went on and left the store I would not refer anyone to this location nor will I ever be returning to this location it was horrible experience for me they don't know what they're doing and they should not be working there if they can't comply and treat people because it's us that make McDonald's.

I purchased a happy meal for my son and didn't get his chocolate milk. It's a normal occurrence for this location to get your order wrong but I am always able to resolve the issue. I called to speak to a manager to confirm if I could come at a later time and my request was met with ghetto unprofessional behavior. I still haven't been able to resolve this issue.

Ordered online and had to walk to the Drive Thru window to check in and pick up. I ordered two smoothies and the person in charge Katelyn said they didn’t have any. When I asked her to replace it with another flavor or a refund she shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn’t help me. She was rude and had the worst customer service experience. She rolled her eyes and did nothing to try and solve or help. Understand that they are busy all the time but that’s a given when you work at a chain like McDonald’s. If she can’t provide quality service they management should reconsider her role. Her delegates were observing her and she was not leading by example.

Service and food is what I'd expect of McDonald's but its the constant harassment by our failing community that really makes me question going back. . Everything from seeing naked individuals to having someone yell obscenities at your car for a few minutes then approach you and ask for money and when you have no money they ask you for cigarettes when you offer them food they don't want it, they leave or they curse you out it is an unexplainable uncomfortable feeling that has become all to common and shouldn't expected as a normal expiration of getting food.

Bad order everything was cold and drinks were not rt I order threw Uber eats and can't do anything about it cause uder doesn't let us review very upset waste of my money never again will I order uder eats threw that mcdonalds

Great service except for the fries in my order.

Drive thru line is very slow. Good thing is, you get your food hot. But expect to wait in line for at least 15 minutes

I waited more than half an hour in the drive thru and there are only 3 cars in front of me. Really frustrating. At first I blamed the customers up front and came to know the problem is with the people who working there once it is my time to order. Told me to wait when my time to order and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes

Can't eat here but it's a landmarkFirst Mc.Donalds ever

I gave a five star, because the food was good and warm, and the employees were great. Gave us everything, including napkins and condiments upon request.
