Went to the Macdonalds on Mt Vernon and the one on Redlands in San Bernardino, we couldn’t eat there both places awful and the staff had a bad attitude specially the manager, I asked her, Excuse me can we eat in here and she kept walking and said No our dining room is close (Redlands)On the other one same thing happened and I told the manager well I’m not from around here just passing by where am I going to take the food to I need a place to sit and eat with the kids she said I don’t know and turned around
Horrible ! First I wasn’t able to get my mobile order , so I canceled and went through the drive thru and asked politely for it to be fresh . Not give me what had been sitting there for half an hr already . I finally got my order and the fries were burnt . Some nuggets were burnt . One nugget didn’t even look like a nugget . And my chicken sandwich is rubbery ! I can’t even bite it . Not cooked right at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed ?. I would like my money back Please ! And I don’t even have a ride right now to go back and get this problem resolved . I’m so irritated ?( in the pics I tore the chicken apart since I couldn’t but it and this what it looked like . )
I don’t understand, everywhere says it closes 3am, that the drive thru close at 10, but tried both walk-in and ordering on Mcdonalds app, and we weren’t able, and it’s 11:15pm
Terrible service.. Food was cold like everything had been sitting for too long.
Only come here if you want expired food or if you love never getting what you actually ordered, y’all just stay home and cook it ain’t worth it
Cashier didn't apply my rewards points and charged my card. When asked she said she did apply the code when showed the receipt she says can't do anything about it after the transaction completed. Offered us a ice coffee

The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. There was NO soap, NO hand sanitizer, if COVID-19 gets a higher sickness rate in this general area, THIS McDonald's is likely to blame!! It should be SHUT down until they can keep up with the cleanliness!! Appalling. The other McDonald's I visited had hand sanitizer stations everywhere! I'll review that one next. This one ?? I would NOT advise it. ??
Long line at the drive thru but surprisingly was fast. Order was accurate and service was good. Great job!
The lines for lunch and dinner are always long and there is always homeless outside. They dont let people dine in and the staff is rude
