We were a party of 5 and ordered our food. I ordered the a la carte tostada with chicken after asking 2 servers if it was a small tortilla shell and was assured it was. It was not. It was a flat tortilla with two pieces of lettuce and some chicken and cheese. I then asked the server for the grande tostada with chicken. After about 20 minutes the waitress brought the tostada. It was indeed a beautiful tortilla shell, however it had no lettuce and was full of water at the bottom. I called the waitress back and told her that I did not want it.After a few minutes she came back with the bill and said that the meal had been taken care of.BUT… she said the cook told her to tell all five of us that we were never to come back. At that point we went up to the cashier and told them that we insisted on paying for our food, that we were not going to walk out of the restaurant without paying. The cook just glared at us from the kitchen and reiterated that we were not welcome back. By the way, the chef was Lucy‘s grandson. I would hope that Lucy would expect better customer service from her staff!!Not to worry, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Love Lucy's. A friend last yr told us about it. We used to go to Lupy's and never had a good Chili renovation until Lupy's. Thomas said they tasted exactly the sane. Then learned the owners were siblings....so we really enjoy the good food and staff. We get to chat with Lucy from time to time. She's a sweet lady who makes the BEST chili rienos by far. Their parents gave them true blessing teaching them about customer service and cooking great family recipe. Thank you Lucy, you get an A+ from Thomas and me(Peg)
A very good wet Burrito, at a very good price. Received the food promptly and the waitresses were polite and attentive.
Food was good but the waitress was extremely rude and had a bad attitude i have never had such bad service at lucys until today. I've never seen this waitress either I don't know if she's new to the location. Hoping next time I'll have a better experience
The food was excellent and a good value. Worth every penny. The staff was friendly and the waitress kept checking to see if I had everything I needed, unlike a lot of places I've been to, and I go to lots of restaurants, where the waitress never checks back at all.
Well what can I say 5 stars. It was hot, plate was full, food was seasoned well. I say down and had chips and salsa at my table before I could blink my eyes. Staff is always happy and jovial. Chances of me returning are over 100percent.
Their food is great!! They have the best Chile Rellenos around. My only complaint, because I like spicy food is I wish they had a spicy salsa!!

Love the chiles rellenos, enchiladas, chile verde, halibut, carne asada, tacos, beans... Been coming here for decades. Friendly service and good value!
Awesome dinner! Must try there Steak entree and there Chicken Marsala. Probably the best I have had in a long time. Thanks Lucy's.
