Order number:1095343Date:5/29/22 6:36pmOrdered the extra bestest pepperoni pizza. I waited about 20 minutes. People came and went and a cashier finally asked what I was waiting for. They had my order ready the whole time. They just made me stand there an extra 15minutes because they need more training. The client who got her order before me complained about the same pizza I ordered and even asked me if that looked like it had extra pepperoni and it did not, it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza to me. She complained, clerk denied it, and client walked away upset. I got my pizza next, opened it and told the young lady that I ordered the extra bestest pizza and they gave me a regular and she said that this was it. I told her I can count the pepperonies per slice. One slice had just 2 pepperoni, various slices had just 1 pepperoni and she said all the pepperoni is hidden under the cheese. I insisted that I have purchased the pizza with extra pepperoni before and it actually had extra pepperoni. She asked if I want to see the regular pepperoni pizza so I can compare. It is obvious they just diminished the amount of ingredients they put on the pizzas. The pepperoni pizza now looks like a cheese pizza with one pepperoni per slice. Comical. I got home and looked for the pepperoni the cashier claimed was hidden under the cheese and I couldn't find it. They tricked me. After my job, I sometimes stop by other locations in affluent areas where they actually make their pizzas with respect towards their clientele. I thought today I was going to get a standard pizza like I usually get in little Caesars in Rancho. But this time I decided to stop by here because it's closer to home. It's not fair to pay the same price affluent people pay in other areas, and get less quality. Unfair and borderline racist. Never going here again.
This is the second time I've had a quality issue with a pizza that I've purchased from here. I come in on a Sunday late morning. No customers plenty of employees yet nobody answers the phone. I ordered a deep dish pizza which either they did not allow the dough to proof enough or didn't stretch it enough and it was the tiniest pizza ever. I have two kids with disabilities and on a restricted income. So eating out is a luxury for us even if it's just a $10 pizza. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager just looked at me from across the room yet let the employee handle it. And I was given some sorry lame excuse of them not having a lot of deep dish crust available. If you cannot provide quality product and don't provide it at all. For now on I'll be going to the location on baseline.
Got my order wrong and not on time so disappointed I had order thru the app and waited more than 40 minutes I had to walk in side to ask for it
I order online and it was Supposed to be done at 7:13pm and i got there 3 mins later and when i arrived it was not ready so i waited an extra hour to get a cold pizza i had to waste my gas and my time for the manager to be yelling at the customer and to top it off they gave me a pizza that was cold and stal and it was the wrong pizza when i got home and i tried calling the place but they did not answer and i had to eat nasty pizza??
Called to order and they told me a 20-25 minute wait came 30 minutes later wasn’t ready gave them an other 30 minutes and still wasn’t ready. Bad customer service.
I cannot believe that there are certain people who get hired to do jobs. I went in tonight to pick up an online order and the assistant manager named Martha was the most rude, unprofessional, loud manager I've ever witnessed. I walked in and she knocked the register till on the ground, made someone else pick it up, she walked by me, did not greet me or ask if I needed help, didn't even say excuse me as she walked in front of me. She was yelling about some bread that was wasted, then yelling that they have nothing left, yelling at the poor employees for no reason. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the young girl who helped me was very kind. I asked the girl for the managers name and told her how completely unprofessional she was behaving. I hope something gets done about it, because it really seemed miserable for the other employees and customers.
If you want to order a pizza other than the typical pepperoni pizza, DO NOT DO IT here !! I recommend that you go somewhere else. In this place the workers make terrible pizza, badly made, it seems that they cut it with their feet, I wanted to try the new pizza "Slices-N-Stix" ... it was horrible !! I also ordered a Hula Hawiian for the first time and I regretted it because nobody liked it, it was very poor too, very bad pizza really.
Came here for a pick up once you order online it gives you a time, it wasn’t ready plus had to wait a additional 10-15 mins… Not coming here again.. Wouldn’t recommend if you want your order done ✅
Pizza was horrible … no sauce wasn’t even cut right and was crunchy almost burnt …
You're using pretty busy waiting time is usually 5 to 10 minutes. Your pizzas are not consistent and they are not as good as they used to be. Sorry Little Caesars. Take out only. Hot and ready pizzas are $6.04.
