I have been to both in Highland and San Bernardino. The only difference is this one is oldee in design and atmosphere. The older one has higher ceilings and is much larger with outdoor seating. Not to mention it is the perfect combination because it has the poke and then it has boba and then it also has yogurt land right next door! So perfect date night combo!The food is delicious and fresh. The Staff is so amazing. Very accommodating and sweet. Their soda machine is out right now but I had lemonade which was delicious and fresh.We tried their rolls, bowls and Boba. All excellent. Highly recommended. 5 ? stars
First time coming here: I've never had poké in general but my experience here was good. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I went during lunch time and there was only 2 people ahead of me. The girl who helped us was patient which I appreciated since it was my first time. The food was delicious and the colorful ingredients make a pretty presentation it almost makes you not want to eat it. However, after my first bite my brain unlocked a new obsession. I would definitely be back again and again and again!
I eat here pretty often and usually it's pretty good, I stopped by on my way home and grabbed dinner and the bowls are inedible due to severely under cooked rice. I tried to call to let them know, and the phone number tells me this number has not been set up, otherwise I wouldn't have done a public review, but between the inability to contact and rice that can barely be described as cooked, here I am.
it's good food, this location is a little stingy on the scoop and they didn't ask me for my phone # for the rewards. I'm literally 1 bowl away from 5$ off and when I said, u didn't ask for my #, girl just said sorry theres nothing I can do . didn't offer to fix it in any way. I drove 30 miles to shop at this restaunt ( normally go to Yucaipa but moved ) she could have re-rang the order. then asked me if I wanted my 1$ change. not very impressed with customer service. only reason I like this restraunt chain is topping options on poke bowls
LemonShark Poke San Bernardino is awesome! It's a great place to get some work done or chill with some friends. The place is very spacious. The glass walls allow for plenty of natural sunlight into the area. The prices are cheaper than other similar coffee shops.
Very nice staff. Dude gave me a heaping pile of salmon on my poke and was not shy with the toppings.
Loved the poke here, I got loaded with everything and the sauces were great! Try the Cucumber Salad topping!
Food is fine but the staff seems very unprepared. I think managers need to train these guys better, they were deeply confused. I honestly feel bad for them because I know the managers are probably super toxic.
The best Poke bowl I have ever had. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing! Well worth every penny. This is my new go to place for Poke.
The food is always fresh and the staff are amazing. They always make us feel welcomed. Everyone that works here are very friendly and fun to talk to.
